Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darba aizsardzības tiesiskie un praktiskie aspekti”. Darba aktualitāte saistāma ar lielo nelaimes gadījumu darba vietā skaitu ik gadu, kas norāda uz to, ka nepastāv precīza un visaptveroša darba vides iekšējā uzraudzība, kā arī nenotiek objektīva un visaptveroša darba risku novērtēšana un darbinieku iepazīstināšana ar tiem. Darba mērķis ir analizēt darba aizsardzības starptautisko un nacionālo normatīvo regulējumu, un šī regulējuma īstenošanu praksē, konstatēt svarīgākās problēmas darba aizsardzībā un izstrādāt potenciālos priekšlikumus šo problēmu risināšanai. Darbā tiek konstatēts, ka darba drošības prasības nereti neievēro ne darba devējs, ne darbinieks, un tas rada neatgriezeniskas sekas. Darba vides uzraudzībai nepieciešama aktīvāka Valsts Darba inspekcijas iesaiste, kā arī identificēto risku analīze.

The subject of my Bachelor Thesis is "Legal and Practical Aspects of Labor Protection". The relevance of my thesis is related to the large number of accidents at the workplace every year, which indicates that there is no accurate and comprehensive internal monitoring of the working environment, as well as no objective and comprehensive assessment of working environment and work-related risks and introducing employees to them. The aim of my thesis is to analyze the international and national normative regulation of labor protection and the implementation of this regulation in practice, to identify the most important problems in labor protection and to develop potential proposals for solving these problems. The thesis states that occupational safety requirements are often not observed by neither the employer nor the employee, and this causes irreversible consequences. Monitoring of the working environment requires more active involvement of the State Labor Inspectorate, as well as analysis of the identified risks.
