Dzīvnieku aizsardzības tiesiskais regulējums un tā piemērošana

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs sastāv no pētnieciskās daļas ar nosaukumu “Dzīvnieku aizsardzības tiesiskais regulējums un tā piemērošana”. Bakalaura darbs ir starpdisciplināri veikts pētījums, vairākās tiesību nozarēs, par pamatu izceļot dzīvnieku aizsardzības jautājumus un to problemātiku. Pētnieciskā darba aktualitāte tiek balstīta apstāklī, ka cietsirdīgas izturēšanās pret dzīvniekiem gadījumi sistemātiski atkārtojas, kam viens no iemesliem ir trūkumi normatīvajos aktos un pētnieciskā darba mērķis ir izpētīt dzīvnieku aizsardzības tiesisko regulējumu un tā piemērošanu, konstatēt iespējamus problēmjautājumus un piedāvāt tiem risinājumus. Pētnieciskajā darbā ir padziļināti apskatīti un analizēti vairāki problēmjautājumi un tiesu spriedumi, kas sniedz ieskatu dzīvnieku aizsardzības nozarē un tajā esošajā problemātikā. Pētnieciskā darba nobeigumā autore piedāvā vairākus normatīvo aktu grozījumus, kas ir būtiski nozares sakārtošanā, paralēli metodiskajam darbam ar sabiedrību un uzraugošajām institūcijām un veicamajiem pasākumiem problemātikas sakārtošanai un tiesisko attiecību taisnīgam noregulējumam. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 55 (piecdesmit piecām) lappusēm.

The Bachelor's thesis consists of a research part entitled "Legal regulation of animal protection and its application". The Bachelor's thesis is an interdisciplinary study, in several branches of law, highlighting the issues of animal protection and their problems as a basis. The relevance of the research work is based on the fact that cases of cruel treatment of animals are systematically repeated, one of the reasons for which is deficiencies in regulatory acts and the purpose of the research work is to study the legal regulation of animal protection and its application, to identify possible problematic issues and to offer solutions to them. Several problematic issues and court rulings have been examined and analyzed in depth in the research work, which provides an insight into the animal protection industry and its problems. At the end of the research work, the author proposes several amendments to the regulatory acts, which are essential for the regulation of the industry, in parallel with the methodical work with the society and the supervisory institutions and the measures to be taken for the regulation of the problem and the fair settlement of legal relations. The Bachelor thesis consists of 55 (fifty five) pages.
