| Abstract: | Mēs aizvien biežāk saskaramies ar dažāda veida apdrošināšanas darījumiem, un salīdzinoši jauna problēma apdrošināšanas attiecībās ir noilgums un tā noteikšana. J. Alfejeva, neapstrīdama speciāliste minētajā jomā, pauž savu viedokli par noilguma problēmām apdrošināšanas tiesībās. Lately, more often we encounter different kind of insurance businesses. However, quite a new problem in insurance relationship is the limitation period and its definition. We have a chance to read J. Alfejeva’s point of view, who is indisputably a specialist in this field – on the limitation period in the insurance law. |
