Types of Main Administrative Penalties in the Republic of Latvia

Abstract

One of the most topical problems of administrative law is administrative penalties and their types. The analysis of the problem has been approached by Dilshad Salimova. Her article identifies the problems of administrative penalty system in Latvia. The study performs analysis of changes in Latvian Administrative Violations Code. The article introduces the reader to the European and national legislations in the context of the presented problem.

Viena no administratīvo tiesību aktuālākajām problēmām ir administratīvie sodi un to veidi. Šīs problēmas analīzei ir pievērsusies Dilšhada Salimova (Dilshad Salimova). Rakstā tiek identificētas Latvijas Republikas administratīvo sodu sistēmas problēmas. Darbā ir detalizēti analizētas izmaiņas Latvijas Administratīvo pārkāpumu kodeksā. Raksts lasītājus iepazīstina ar Eiropas un nacionālajiem tiesību aktiem šo problēmu kontekstā.
