Abstract
Papildus šim pētījumam tika izstrādati divi jauni instrumenti: jau esošā Quiet Quitting scale (Petros Galanis, Aglaia Katsiroumpa, Irene Vraka et al. Quiet quitting among employees: a proposed cut-off score for the “Quiet Quitting” Scale, 22 June 2023) tika adaptēta ar īsto adaptāciju , ka arī tika izveidots pilnīgi jauns instruments “Strādāšanas bez pašiniciatīvas” aptauja (Krista Lankrete; Mg.psych.,Mg.sc.administr.
Pētījumā piedalījās 101 brīvprātīgie dalībnieki vecumposmā no 18-57 gadiem, no kuriem lielākais īpatsvars bija vecumposms 18-25 gadi (32 %), aiz kura seko vecumposms 26-33 gadi (30 %).
This study aimed to Explore the relationship between burnout signs and Quiet Quitting. In addition to this study, two new tools were developed: the existing Quiet Quitting scale (Petro Gala-nis, Aglaia Katsiroumpa, Irene wreck et al. Quiet quitting among employees: a projected cut-off score for the “Quiet Quitting” scale, 22 June 2023) was adapted with the right adaptation, as well as a brand new tool for the “work without initiative” survey (Krista Lankrete; Mg.psych., Mg.sc.administr. Anete Hofmane, 2024), which has one scale that most accurately measures the actuality of striving without an own-initiative process for workers. This study attracted two more polls that are directly related to signs of burnout: Burnout polls MBI (Maslach burnout Inventory, briefly MBI (adapted in Latvian by Skangale, 2004) and burnout subtype poll - burnout clinical subtype Questionnaire (BCSQ-36; MonteroMarin & Garcia-Campayo, 2010, (adapted in Latvia for her promotion work pavement-ros (Abeltina et al., 2020)). Special attention was paid to the subtypes of the BCSQ-36 survey when creating the commitment: fanatical, uninvited, and surrendered The study involved 101 volunteer participants aged 18-57, the highest proportion of whom was aged 18-25 (32%), followed by aged 26-33 (30%). Of these participants, 79 were women (78 %), 21 were men (20 %) and 1 Member chose “other” by gender. Participants also had to note the following factors on the demographics of the study: position, length of service in the existing com-pany, way of working (remotely, in person, or a hybrid format), workload, length of service in ge-neral, how many jobs there were at all and in what area the individual currently works. All of the above polls had high internal coherence rates (α = 0.96) and examined high corre-lation for the SBP scale with the QQS motivational deficiency scale, MBI emotional exhaustion scale, and BCSQ-36 uninvited scale. The study data was collected electronically, in the Microsoft Forms application, recoded in the Microsoft Exel application, and computed in the IMB SPSS Statistics application.
