Literature review of postoperative complications following various glaucoma surgeries. Focused on complication types, incidence rates, and timing (early vs. late), and analyzed shared pathophysiological and surgical factors. Found that SLT and MIGS offer the safest profiles with mild, transient effects, while penetrating and cyclodestructive surgeries carry higher vision-threatening risks. Emphasizes tailored procedure choice, patient education, and proactive postoperative follow-up to optimize long-term outcomes.en-UK
