Bērna līdzdalības tiesību izpratne sociālajā darbā ģimenēm ar bērniem

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt bērna līdzdalības tiesību izpratni sociālajā darbā ģimenēm ar bērniem Kurzemes reģionā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, tika izvirzīti uzdevumi – raksturot uz bērnu centrēta sociālā darba saturu, raksturot bērna līdzdalības tiesības, analizēt aktuālo praksi bērna līdzdalības tiesību realizācijā sociālajā darbā ģimenēm ar bērniem, un noskaidrot sociālo darbinieku un jomas speciālistu viedokli par bērna līdzdalības tiesību ievērošanu praktiskajā darbā. Pētījuma rezultātā ir izpētīts bērna līdzdalības tiesību saturs un nozīme literatūrā un pētījumos, kā arī, izpētīta Kurzemes reģionu sociālo darbinieku darbā ģimenēm ar bērniem individuālā jēdziena izpratne, attieksme praktiskās realizācijas ieguvumi un ierobežojumi. Pētījuma mērķis sasniegts, izmantojot daļēji strukturētas sociālā darba praktiķu intervijas un strukturētas jomas speciālistu intervijas, vērtējot tās savstarpējā kopsakarā un salīdzinot ar izpētīto teorētisko bāzi. Izstrādāti ieteikumi pasākumiem, kas veicinātu sociālo darbinieku ģimenēm ar bērniem izpratni par bērna līdzdalības tiesību saturu un radītu labvēlīgu vidi pilnvērtīgai bērna iesaistei jautājumos, kas skar viņa dzīvi. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 80 lapas, trīs pielikumi un izmantoti 63 izmantotās literatūras avoti.

The aim of the Master's thesis is to study the understanding of the child's participation rights in social work for families with children in Kurzeme region. In order to achieve the goal, the objectives were set – to describe the content of social work centered on the child, to describe the child's participation rights, to analyse the current practice in the exercise of the child's participation rights in social work with families with children, and to find out the opinion of social workers and specialists in the field regarding the observance of the child's participation rights in practical work. As a result of the research, the content and importance of the child's participation rights in literature and studies was investigated, the individual understanding, attitude towards and practical realization of the concept by the social workers of Kurzeme region for families with children was studied. The aim of the study was achieved by using semi-structured interviews of social work practitioners and structured interviews of specialists in the field, assessing them in conjunction with each other and comparing them with the examined theoretical basis. Recommendations have been developed for measures to promote the understanding of the essence of the child's participation rights for social workers for families with children and to create a favourable environment for the full involvement of the child in issues affecting their life. Master's thesis contains 80 pages and three annexes; 63 sources of literature have been used.
