Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums: Sociālā darbinieka profesionālās darbības atspoguļojuma sociālajos tīklos analīze Maģistra darbā teorētiskajā daļā tiek izskatīts tiešsaistes sociālo tīklu un plašsaziņas līdzekļu tīmekļu vietņu jēdziens, tiešsaistes komunikācijas jēdziens kā saziņas veids interneta lietotājiem, publiskā sfēra un tās teoriju kā komunikācijas tīkls, kurā komunikācijas plūsmas tiek filtrētas un tajā atspoguļojas sabiedriskā doma. Raksturots sociālais kapitāls tiešsaistē, un sociālā darbinieka profesijas prestižs tiek izskatīts simboliskā kapitāla teorijas kontekstā, kā arī izskatīti dažādu autoru pētījumi. Izrietoši no izanalizētajiem teorētiskajiem aspektiem autore nosaka, kādi ir ietekmējošie profesijas prestiža faktori. Maģistra darbā tiek raksturota mediju lietojuma un apmierinājuma teorija un interaktivitātes nozīme mediju lietojumā. Pētnieciskajā daļā tika veiktas daļēji strukturētās intervijas ar dažādiem interneta lietotājiem un kvantitatīvā kontentanalīze, lai izpētītu interneta lietotāju viedokli sociālajā tīklā Facebook plašsaziņas līdzekļu tīmekļu vietņu kontu komentāru sadaļās par sociālā darbinieka profesionālo darbību. Apkopoti dati par sociālā darbinieka profesionālo darbību interneta lietotāju skatījumā un kā interneta lietotāji sociālajā tīklā Facebook plašsaziņas līdzekļu tīmekļu kontu komentāru sadaļās atspoguļo un komentē sociālā darbinieka profesionālo darbību. Daļēji strukturēto interviju rezultātā tika noteikti sociālo darbinieku profesijas prestiža ietekmējošie un veicinošie faktori interneta lietotāju skatījumā. Kontentanalīzes iegūtos rezultātus autore salīdzina ar Covid-19 pandēmijas pirmā viļņa periodu ar otro. Izstrādāti ieteikumi, kuri varētu mainīt interneta lietotāju viedokli par sociālo darbinieku profesionālo darbību un izstrādāti priekšlikumi, kā nākotnē paaugstināt sociālo darbinieku profesijas prestižu izrietoši pēc veicinošiem profesijas prestiža faktoriem.

Title of master's thesis: Analysis of the reflection of the social worker’s professional activity in social networks. In the theoretical part of the master's thesis the concept of online social networks and media websites is examined as well as the concept of online communication as a means of communication for Internet users. The public sphere and its theory as a communication network in which communication flows are filtered and reflects public opinion is also being examined. Characterization of social capital online. Social worker’s professions prestige is being examined in the context of symbolic capital theory as well as studies by various authors. The author determines from the analyzed theoretical aspects what are the factors influencing the prestige of the profession. The use of media is described in the master's thesis as well as the satisfaction theory and the importance of interactivity in media use. The research part included Semi-structured interviews with various Internet users and a quantitative content analysis to explore the views of Internet users on social network “Facebook” exploring media websites accounts comment sections about social worker’s professional activity. Data on the professional activity of a social worker from the point of view of Internet users and how Internet users reflect and comment on the social worker's professional activities in the comment sections of Facebook's social media accounts have been collected. As a result of semi-structured interviews, the factors influencing and promoting the prestige of the profession of social workers were determined from the point of view of internet users. The author compares the results of the content analysis from pandemic - Covid19 first wave period and the second.Suggestions have been developed that could change the opinion of Internet users about the professional activities of social workers and developed proposals of how to increase the prestige of the profession of social workers in the future due to the factors promoting the prestige of the profession.
