Bērna ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem aprūpes un darba dzīves sabalansēšana

Abstract

Ģimenes un darba dzīves saskaņošanas jautājumi arvien biežāk nonāk dienaskārtībā gan dzimumu līdztiesības kontekstā, gan arī ģimeņu materiālās labklājības nodrošināšanas kontekstā. Pēdējos gados darba un ģimenes dzīves saskaņošanas jautājumi nonākuši arī darba devēju redzeslokā, pie tam tiek pievērsta uzmanība īpašām sabiedrības grupām, kuru ģimenes un darba dzīves saskaņošanas jautājumi ir ļoti specifiski, t.sk. vecākiem, kuri aprūpē bērnu ar invaliditāti. Tiek norādīts uz nepieciešamību sniegt dažāda veida atbalstu šīs mērķa grupas nodarbinātības veicināšanai – gan sabiedrībā balstītu sociālo pakalpojumu attīstības nepieciešamību, gan elastīga darba organizāciju formu ieviešanu. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt sabiedrībā balstītu sociālo pakalpojumu nozīmi bērna ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem aprūpes un darba dzīves sabalansēšanā Vidzemes reģionā. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, teorētiskajā daļā tika analizēti dzīves kvalitātes un dzīves stila jautājumi, analizēta cilvēka rīcībspējas loma dzīves kvalitātes nodrošināšanā, kā arī raksturota invaliditātes sociālā modeļa pieeja. Empīriskajā daļā veikts jaukta tipa pētījums, kura ietvaros veiktas daļēji strukturētas biogrāfiskas intervijas ar bērnu, kuriem ir funkcionāli traucējumi, vecākiem un darba devējiem. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka bērnu ar funkcionāliem traucējumiem aprūpes un darba dzīves sabalansēšanā liela loma ir iespējai izvēlēties elastīga darba laika organziācijas formas, ģimeņu vajadzībām atbilstošiem sabiedrībā balstītiem sociālajiem pakalpojumiem, informācijas pieejamībai par dažādām atbalsta iespējām un atbalstošai darba devēju attieksmei. Pētījuma secinājumi ir izmantojami gan sabiedrībā balstītu sociālo pakalpojumu sniegšanas uzlabošanai, gan informācijas aprites uzlabošanai starp pakalpojumu sniedzējiem un pakalpojumu saņēmējiem. Pētījumā sniegti arī ieteikumi darba devējiem darbinieku piesaistes pasākumu īstenošanai. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 70 lapas, tajā ir 8 tabulas un 3 attēli, izmantoti 64 literatūras avoti.

Balancing work and family life is increasingly on the agenda in the context of gender equality and ensuring families' material well-being. In recent years, the issues of reconciling work and family life have also come into the sight of employers. More is being paid attention to special groups of society, whose cases of reconciling work and family life are particular, including parents caring for children with disabilities. The need to provide various types of support to promote this target group's employment is also being pointed out - particularly the need to develop community-based social services and more flexible forms of work organization. The research aims to analyze the role of community-based social services in balancing the care of a child with a functional disorder and working life in the Vidzeme region. To achieve the study objective, the theoretical part analyses the issues of quality of life and lifestyle, and the role of human capacity in ensuring the quality of life. It describes the approach of the social model of disability. In the empirical part, a mixed-type study was conducted, including semi-structured biographical interviews with parents and employers of children with disabilities. The research results show that the possibility of choosing the forms of flexible working plays an essential role in balancing the care of children with functional disorders and working life as well as community-based social services that meet the needs of families, the availability of information on the various support options, and the supportive attitude of employers. The study's findings can be used to improve the provision of community-based social services and the information flow between service providers and recipients. The study provides recommendations to employers for implementing employee recruitment measures. The volume of the master's thesis is 70 pages, and 64 literature sources have been used.
