Abstract

ANOTĀCIJA

Mūsdienās arvien vairāk palielinās dažādu alerģisku reakciju izpausmes, kas var izraisīt nopietnu, dzīvību apdraudošu stāvokli. Tāpēc laicīga un atbilstoša rīcība ir nozīmīgs aspekts, kas palīdz glābt cilvēku dzīvību. Ir jāņem vērā, ka anafilaktiskā šoka ārstēšana ir jāuzsāk tūlītēji un bieži vien tikai atbilstoša līdzcilvēku rīcība palīdz izglābt cilvēku pirms NMPD ierašanās. Tāpēc ir svarīgi apzināt iedzīvotāju zināšanu līmeni par anafilaktisko šoku, kas atspoguļotu esošo situāciju, lai ilgtermiņā mazinātu situācijas, kad cilvēki nespēj sniegt cietušam pirmo palīdzību anafilases gadījumā līdz NMPD ierašanās brīdim. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot Kurzemes reģiona iedzīvotāju zināšanas par anafilaktisko šoku un pirmās palīdzības sniegšanu un salīdzināt pilsētā dzīvojošo un ārpus pilsētas dzīvojošo zināšanas par anafilaktikso šoku un pirmās palīdzības sniegšanu. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Teorētiskā daļa sastāv no divām nodaļām, kurās tiek aprakstīts anafilaktiskā šoka raksturojums, biežākie cēloņi, klīniskās izpausmes un galvenie terapijas principi. Praktiskajā daļā ir atspoguļota pētījuma metodoloģija, rezultāti atspoguļoti diegrammās. Veikta pētījuma analīze un izdarītu secinājumi. Izstrādātais darbs sastāv no 35 lapaspusēm, 11 attēliem, 18 literatūras avotiem, 5 secinājumiem un 3 pielikumiem. Galvenie secinājumi: Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus, neapstiprinājās pētījuma autores hipotēze, jo Kurzemes reģiona iedzīvotājiem, kuri sevi uzskata par pilsētā dzīvojošiem, zināšanas par anafilaktisko šoku un pirmās palīdzības sniegšanu ir vienlīdzīgas ar ārpus pilsētas dzīvojošiem respondentiem. ABSTRACT

Nowadays, the manifestations of various allergic reactions, which can lead to serious, life-threatening conditions, are increasing. Therefore, timely and appropriate action is an important aspect that helps to save lives. It should be noted that treatment for anaphylactic shock should be initiated immediately and often only appropriate peer intervention helps to save a person before the arrival of the Emergency medical service. It is therefore important to identify the population's level of knowledge about anaphylactic shock, which reflects the current situation, in order to reduce a long-term inability of people to provide first aid for anaphylaxis until the arrival of Emergency medical service. The aim of the research is to ascertain the knowledge of the residents of Kurzeme region about the anaphylactic shock and the provision of first aid, and to compare the knowledge of the provision of anaphylactic shock and first aid between residents living in the city and those living outside the city. The paper consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains two chapters describing the characteristics of anaphylactic shock, the most common causes, clinical manifestations and the main principles of therapy. The practical part outlines the research methodology, presents its results in diagrams, performs the analysis of the study and draws conclusions. The paper consists of 35 pages, 11 diagrams, 18 sources, 5 conclusions and 3 attachments. The main conclusions: Summarizing the results of the research, the hypothesis of the author has not been confirmed. The conducted study shown that the residents of Kurzeme region, who considers themselves living in the city, have the same amount of knowledge about the anaphylactic shock and first aid as the respondents living outside the city.
