Abstract

Tēmas aktualitātes pamatojas ar atziņu, ka ņemot vērā daudzdzīvokļa nama kā īpašuma tiesību objekta īpatnības, tā kopīpašuma daļas apsaimniekošanai ir sava specifika. Maģistra darbs „Daudzdzīvokļu nama apsaimniekošanas tiesiskais regulējums ” ir veidots, lai apzinātu problēmjautājumus, kas saistīti ar daudzdzīvokļu namu apsaimniekošanu un pārvaldīšanu. Maģistra darba mērķis – analizēt daudzdzīvokļu namu apsaimniekošanas tiesisko regulējumu, konstatēt iespējamos problēmjautājumus un rast iespējamos risinājumus. Pētījuma rezultātā gūtā galvenā atziņa ir tā, ka, daudzdzīvokļa nama apsaimniekošana ir dzīvokļu īpašuma kopības pienākums, ko var realizēt izvēloties attiecīgu pārvaldnieku. Maģistra darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļā. Darbā tiek izmantoti tiesību akti, tiesību zinātnieku atziņas, publikācijas pētāmajā jautājumā, kā arī tiesas spriedumi. Darba apjoms ir 76 (septiņdesmit sešām) lpp.

The topicality of the topic is based on the notion that taking into account the peculiarities of an apartment house as an object of property rights, the management of a part of the common property has its own specifics. The master's thesis "Legal Regulation of Apartment House Management" is designed to identify issues related to the management and administration of apartment buildings. The aim of the master's thesis is to analyze the legal regulation of apartment house management, to identify possible problems and to find possible solutions. The main conclusion obtained as a result of the research is that the management of an apartment building is a joint responsibility of the apartment property, which can be realized by choosing an appropriate manager. The master's thesis consists of three chapters. Legislation, findings of legal scholars, publications on the research issue, as well as court judgments are used in the work. The volume of the work is 76 pages.
