Dermatoloģisko pacientu līdzestība terapijas faktoru ietekmē

Abstract

Studējošā pētnieciskā darba autore Anna Dzerkale izstrādāja darbu, kura temats ir ’’Dermatoloģisko pacientu līdzestība terapijas faktoru ietekmē’’. Pētnieciskā darba tēma ir aktuāla, jo terapijas ievērošanas ietekme ir plaši pētīta attiecībā uz dažādām hroniskām slimībām, piemēram, hipertensiju, cukura diabētu, epilepsiju un HIV, bet ir salīdzinoši neliels skaits pētījumu par šo jautājumu dermatoloģijā [1]. Pacientu līdzestība ietekmē ārstēšanas rezultātu. Ar terapiju saistīto faktoru apzināšana dermatologa praksē un katram pacientam individuāli, ļautu uzlabot pacientu līdzestību un ārstēšanas efektivitāti. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot biežākos ar terapiju saistītos faktorus, kas ietekmē pacientu līdzestību. Studējošā pētnieciskā darba uzdevumi ir izpētīt un izanalizēt pieejamo literatūru par konkrēto tēmu, izveidot anonīmu anketu un veikt pacientu anketēšanu Rīgas 1.slimnīcas Dermatoloģijas un STS klīniskajā centrā, analizēt iegūtos datus un veikt secinājumus. Darba pirmajā daļā apskatīti vairāki literatūras avoti un veikta to analizēšana. Apkopota informācija par to, kas ir līdzestība, kā to var iedalīt un kā uzlabot pacientu līdzestību. Tāpat arī apkopota informācija par nelīdzestības veidiem un iedalījumu, to izraisošiem faktoriem, novērtēšanu un sekām. Darba otrajā daļā izklāstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes un veikta pētījumā iegūto rezultātu analīze. The author of the study work, Anna Dzerkale, has developed a research work on “Influence of therapeutic factors on treatment adherence in dermatological patients”. The subject of research is topical because the effects of treatment have been studied extensively for a variety of chronical diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, epilepsy and HIV, but there are relatively few studies on this issue in dermatology [1]. Patient adherence affects the outcome of the treatment. Identifying therapy-related factors in a dermatologist's practice and individual patients would help to improve patient adherence and treatment effectiveness. The aim of study was to determine the treatment - related factors and their prevalence in the group of patients with dermatological disorders. The tasks of the research work of students are to investigate and analyze the available literature on the subject, create an anonymous questionnaire to be used at the Riga 1st Hospital Dermatology Clinic, analyze the obtained data and draw conclusions. In the first part of the research work several sources of literature have been examined and analyzed. Information on what adherence is, how can it be categorized and how can patients be more compliant is collected. Information on the types causing factors, assessment and consequences of non-compliance is also collected. The second part of the study work sets out the methods used in the study and analyzes the results of the study.
