Diabetes Treatment in Patient with Diabetic Kidney Disease

Abstract

Šajā darbā ir izklāstītas pašreizējās un iespējamās turpmākās diabēta ārstēšanas iespējas pacientiem ar diabētisku nieru slimību. Turklāt tas sniedz salīdzinājumu par diabēta ārstēšanu pacientiem ar diabētisku nieru slimību vai bez tās. Sākot ar vispārīgu abu slimību definīciju, tiek aprakstīta to ārstēšana, kam seko perspektīvas par iespējamiem turpmākiem farmakoloģiskajiem aģentiem. Šī pārskata pamatā ir galveno globālo veselības organizāciju vadlīniju pārskats un analīze, jo īpaši jaunākie KDIGO ieteikumi. Veicot meklēšanu vietnē PubMed un citās uz zālēm balstītās platformās, ir identificēti jaunākie pētījumi par jaunām zālēm cukura diabēta ārstēšanā ar diabētu nieru slimību un izmantoti, lai iepazīstinātu ar jaunākajiem un daudzsološākajiem līdzekļiem. Noslēgumā KDIGO piedāvā skaidru ārstēšanas vadlīniju kopumu to publicēšanas laikam. This work lays out current and possible future treatment options for diabetes in patients with diabetic kidney disease. Additionally, it compares the treatment of diabetes in patients with or without diabetic kidney disease. Starting with a general definition of both diseases, the respective treatment is described, followed by an outlook on possible future pharmacological agents. The review and analysis of guidelines of major global health organizations, especially the most current recommendation of the KDIGO, are the basis of this review. A search on PubMed and other medicine-based platforms identified the latest studies on emerging drugs in the treatment of diabetes in diabetic kidney disease. This work presents the most promising agents. In conclusion, the KDIGO presents a set of clear treatment guidelines regarding the time of its publication. A comparison between different guidelines shows that the treatment of diabetes alone and diabetes in diabetic kidney disease differ. Lastly, due to the ongoing research targeting diabetes treatment, drug therapy is still evolving, and we will hopefully see new agents on the market.
