Uzņēmuma “BE Group’’ SIA konkurētspējas analīze un paaugstināšanas iespējas

Abstract

Maģistra darbā “Uzņēmuma “BE Group’’ SIA konkurētspējas analīze un paaugstināšanas iespējas” autore analizē šī uzņēmuma konkurētspēju metāla vairumtirdzniecības nozarē un meklē risinājumus konkurētspējas paaugstināšanai. Pašā uzņēmumā šobrīd notiek restrukturizācija – tiek slēgta noliktava Rīga, izveidota centrālā noliktava Maardu, Igaunijā. Uzņēmums ir definējis noliktavas sortimenta materiālus, ietverot visu Baltijas klientus, paplašinājis noliktavas sortimentu, lai vieglāk sasniegt klientus un apmierināt klientu dažādās vēlmes. Autore analizē darbā teorētiskos aspektus konkurencei un konkurētspējai, pēta finanšu analīzes būtību, SVID matricu un Portera piecu spēku modeli. Darbā autore pēta metāla nozari Latvijā, Eiropā un nedaudz pasaulē, jo metāla nozare ir ļoti globāla nozare. Eiropas Savienībā sakarā ar zaļā kursa politiku – tās mērķis ir padarīt Eiropas Savienības ekonomiku ilgtspējīgu, ietverot klimata un vides problēmas, gaidāmas lielas pārmaiņas ne tikai uzņēmējdarbībā, bet arī ikviena indivīda dzīvē. Autore darbā apskata galvenos pasākumu kompleksus Eiropas Savienībā kā Jauno Eiropas industriālo stratēģiju, kas nosaka galvenos rūpniecības nākotnes virzības mērķus, metāla ražošanas procesa pārveidi – galveno uzsvaru liekot uz CO2 emisiju samazināšanu ražošanas procesā, un aktualizēt aprites ekonomikas izmantošanu tērauda ražošanā, kā arī Izejvielu aliansi – nodrošinot drošu piekļuvi Eiropas Savienības izejvielām, Eiropas Oglekļa robežas nodokli, kas kalpo kā aizsargmehānisms pret lētajām importa valstīm, un visas šīs darbības ir vērstas uz Eiropas Savienības uzņēmēju konkurētspējas paaugstināšanu. Darbā autore apraksta uzņēmuma “BE Group” SIA darbības analīzi – uzņēmuma lielumu, organizācijas struktūru, veic SVID analīzi, finanšu analīzi – vertikālo un horizontālo, kā arī finanšu rādītāju analīzi. Darbā veic uzņēmuma salīdzināmos Latvijas konkurentu analīzi. Lai novērtētu uzņēmuma “BE Group” SIA konkurētspēju, autore veica uzņēmuma lojālo klientu aptauju, lai detalizētāk analizētu situāciju uzņēmumā starp klientiem un tirdzniecības pārstāvjiem. Darba noslēgumā autore izvirza uzņēmuma “BE Group” SIA potenciālās konkurētspējas iespējas un izdara secinājumus par uzņēmuma “BE Group” SIA konkurētspēju un izsaka priekšlikumus uzņēmuma “BE Group” SIA konkurētspējas paaugstināšanai un uzņēmuma attīstībai. Maģistra darbs rakstīts latviešu valodā un sastāv no 103 lappusēm, tajā iekļauti 19 attēli un 6 tabulas. Darbā izmantoti 137 literatūras un interneta avoti, kā arī pievienoti 3 pielikumi.

In the Master`s thesis “Competitiveness analysis and increase opportunities of the company “BE Group” Ltd.” The author analyses the competitiveness of this company in the metal wholesale sector and seeks solutions to increase competitiveness. The company is currently undergoing restructuring – the warehouse in Riga is closed, and a central warehouse has been established in Maardu, Estonia. The company has defined the materials of the warehouse assortment, expanded the assortment to make it easier to reach customers and customer`s needs. The author analyses the theoretical aspects of competition and competitiveness, studies the essence of financial analysis, the SWOT matrix and Porter`s five forces model. The author studies the metal industry in Latvia, Europe and a little in the whole world, just because the metal industry is a very global industry. In the context of the European Union`s green policy – it aims to make the European Union`s economy sustainable, including climate and environmental issues, major changes are expected not only in business, but also in the lives of every individual. The author examines the sets of key measures in the European Union as the New European Industrial Strategy, which sets out the goals for the future of major industries, the transformation of the metal production process – focusing on reducing CO2 emissions in the production process, and updating the circular economy in steel production, supply of Raw materials, European Carbon Border Tax – all these actions are aimed at increasing the competitiveness of European Union businesses. The author describes the analysis of the company “BE Group” Ltd. – the size of the company, the organizational structure, makes SWOT analysis, financial analysis – the analysis of vertical and horizontal, as well as financial indicators. The analysis of the company`s comparable Latvian competitors are performed in the paper. To assess the competitiveness of the company “BE Group” Ltd., the author conducted a survey of the company`s loyal customers to analyse the situation in the company in more detail. At the end of this paper, the author puts forward the potential competitiveness of the company “BE Group” Ltd. and draws conclusions about the competitiveness of the company “BE Group” Ltd. and makes proposals for increasing the competitiveness of the company “BE Group” Ltd. and the development of the company. The master`s thesis is written in Latvian and consists of 103 pages; it includes 19 images and 6 tables. 137 literature and internet sources are used in the paper, as well have 3 appendices.
