Abstract

Darba tēma Saknes gala rezekcijas operācijas īpatnības. Operācija tiek veikta zobiem, kuriem neveiksmīgi primāri ārstēti saknes kanāli un veikta neķirurģiska pārārstēšana. Lēmums par apikektomijas veikšanu jāpieņem balstoties uz klīniskām atradnēm, klīnicista prasmēm un pacienta iespējām. Darbā aprakstīti iemesli, kāpēc var neizdoties primāra endodontija, vadlīnijas saknes gala operācijas veikšanai, nepieciešamie instrumenti un materiāli, dzīšanas gaita un iespējamās komplikācijas, izdzīvošanas rādītāji zobiem kuriem veikta apikektomija. Izpētot literatūras avotus secināts, par indikācijām apikektomijas veikšanai, atbilstošu instrumentu un tehniku izmantošanu atkarībā no zobu grupas, mūsdienās izmantojamiem materiāliem operācijas veikšanai. Zobu grupa, kam operācija tiek veikta visbiežāk- augšžokļa incisīvi- zobu saknes viegli vizualizēt un sakņu kanāli ir relatīvi plati. Zoba ilgdzīves rādītājus ietekmē preoperatīvi un operatīvi ar zobu un klīnicistu saistīti aspekti.

Name of thesis “Apicoectomy operation treatment options”. The operation is performed on teeth that have failed primary root canal treatment and underwent non-surgical retreatment. The decision to perform an apicoectomy should be based on clinical findings, the skills of the clinician and the patient's capabilities. The paper describes the reasons why primary endodontics may fail, guidelines for root resection surgery, the need for tools and materials, the course of healing and possible complications, survival rates for teeth undergoing apicoectomy. The study of the literature concluded the indications for the application of root resection surgery, the use of instruments and techniques depending on the group of teeth, the materials used today for the operation. The group of teeth for which the operation is performed most often - maxillary incisors - the roots of the teeth are easier to visualize, and the root canals are relatively wide. The longevity of the tooth is influenced preoperatively and operatively with dental and clinical aspects.
