Abstract: | Darba nosaukums: Jauniešu viedoklis par labsajūtu vecuma grupā 18-24 gadi
Iekļaušanās kritēriji - indivīdi neatkarīgi no dzimuma, izglītības līmeņa vecuma grupā no 18 līdz 24 gadiem.
Pētījuma metodes:
1. Kvantitatīva metode – anketa aptaujas veidā, noteiktā vecuma grupa aizpilda aptaujas jautājumus, kas balstīta uz jauniešu pieredzi.
2. Literatūras analīze.
3. Iegūto rezultātu analīze un secinājumi.
Galvenie pētījuma rezultāti un secinājumi: 70% respondentu atzīst, ka fiziskās aktivitātes ir svarīgas viņu labsajūtas veidošanā. Title of work: Youth’s views on well-being in the age group 18-24 The focus of the study: Due to the increased amount of restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic, an increasing proportion of young people aged 18-24 are facing emotional problems, they are more irritable and more depressing. Well-being is one of the key indicators for someone to understand whether he is satisfied and happy with his life. Well-being is not just emotional, it is also physical, which is why physical activity can improve the well-being of young people. Active lifestyles have also been shown to improve self-awareness and sleep, which is important to increase the well-being of young people. Young people are often unaware that physical activities are capable of improving their mental health, so my aim is to encourage more young people to be aware of this and to call for more physical activity on a daily basis, because I believe that there is not enough talk about it in society. Purpose of the study: Learn the opinion of young people on well-being and physical activity. The study hypothesis: For young people aged 18-24 who perform regular physical activity, they are more important for ensuring well-being compared to those who do not carry out physical activity. Participants in the study: Around 100 surveyed participants. Criteria for inclusion: individuals, regardless of sex, in the age group 18 to 24 years of education. Study methods: 1. Quantitative method - questionnaire in the form of a survey, the age group at issue fills out survey questions based on their experience. 2. Analysis of literature. 3. Analysis and conclusions of the results obtained. Most of the survey respondents (75%) admit that they well-being is a part of their self-development.
