Aprūpētāju zināšanas, attieksme un prakse mutes dobuma higiēnā aprūpes nama iemītniekiem

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbs izstrādāts par tēmu ’’Aprūpētāju zināšanas, attieksme un iesaiste sociālās aprūpes centra iemītnieku mutes higiēnā’’. Darba autors Monika Truce, darba vadītājs Anda Mironova. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot un izpētīt aprūpētāju zināšanas, attieksmi un iesaisti mutes higiēnā sociālās aprūpes centra iemītniekiem. Kvalifikācijas darbs – ’’Aprūpētāju zināšanas, attieksme un iesaiste sociālās aprūpes centra iemītnieku mutes higiēnā’’ sastāv no 2 daļām – teorētiskās un pētnieciskās. Teorētiskajā daļā pētīta un analizēta zinātniskā literatūra par mutes veselības izmaiņām saistībā ar vecumu, aprūpētāju zināšanām, attieksmi un iesaisti mutes dobuma higiēnā. Pētījuma instruments ir aptaujas anketas, kas sastāv no 24 jautājumiem. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvantitatīvā metode – strukturēta anketēšana. Pētījuma daļā tika veikta pacientu anketēšana, lai iegūtu informāciju par aprūpētāju zināšanām, attieksmi un iesaisti mutes higiēnā. Pētījumā piedalījās 60 respondenti, no tiem 58 sievietes un 2 vīrieši. Pētījuma objekts - aprūpētāji aprūpes namu centros vecuma grupā no 29 līdz 64 gadiem. Katrs respondents tika informēts, ka aptauja ir anonīma un iegūtie dati tiks izmantoti apkopotā veidā. Veiktie teorētiskie un praktiskie pētījumi ļāva izstrādāt secinājumus, ka aprūpētāju bieži vien labās zināšanas netiek pielietotas praksē laika trūkuma vai kādu citu iemeslu dēļ. Darbs kopumā izklāstīts 48 lappusēs, tajā iekļauts 21 attēls un 3 pielikumi. Darbā izmantoti 35 literatūras avoti. The qualification paper is developed on the topic "Carers' knowledge, attitude and involvement in the oral hygiene of the residents of the social care center". The author of the work is Monika Truce, the supervisor is Anda Mironova. The aim of the research is to find out and study the knowledge, attitude and involvement of caregivers in the oral hygiene of the social care center residents. The qualification paper - "Carers' knowledge, attitude and involvement in the oral hygiene of the residents of the social care center" consists of 2 parts - theoretical and research. The theoretical part studies and analyzes the scientific literature on changes in oral health in relation to age, caregiver knowledge, attitudes and involvement in oral hygiene. The research tool is a questionnaire consisting of 24 questions. The study used a quantitative method - a structured questionnaire. In the part of the study, patients were surveyed to obtain information about caregivers' knowledge, attitudes and involvement in oral hygiene. The study involved 60 respondents, of whom 58 were women and 2 were men. The object of the research - caregivers in nursing home centers in the age group from 29 to 64 years. Each respondent was informed that the survey was anonymous and that the data obtained would be used in an aggregated way. Theoretical and practical research has led to the conclusion that carers' good knowledge is often not put into practice due to lack of time or other reasons.
