Metakomunikācija supervīzijā

Abstract

Metakomunikācija supervīzijā ir definēta kā viena no būtiskām profesionāļa komunikācijas prasmēm (ECVision. Supervision and Coaching in Europe: Concepts and Competences, 2015), taču nav visaptveroša skaidrojuma, kā metakomunikāciju lieto supervīzijā un kādi ir metakomunikācijas pielietojuma veidi supervīzijā (Baltzersen, 2013). Pētījuma mērķis bija izveidot darbības jomas pārskatu par metakomunikāciju supervīzijā, noskaidrot, kā atlasītajos pētījumos tiek definēta metakomunikācija supervīzijā, kādi ir metakomunikācijas pielietojuma veidi supervīzijā, noskaidrot metakomunikācijas pielietojuma efektivitāti supervīzijun noskaidrot, kāda ir supervizējamo atgriezeniskā saite par metakomunikācijas pielietošanu supervīzijā. Pētījuma teorētiskais pamats balstīts zinātniskajā literatūrā par metakomunikāciju supervīzijā. Pētījuma izlasi veidoja pētījumi par metakomunikāciju supervīzijā, kas atbilda iekļaušanas/izslēgšanas kritērijiem: 1) pētījumi par metakomunikāciju supervīzijā; 2) pētījumi veikti neierobežotā laika posmā; 3) izmantotie atslēgas vārdi: metacommunication, metacommunication in supervision, meta-communication, supervision, supervisory relationship; 4) pieejams pilns teksts angļu valodā. Instrumentārijs - datu ieguves tabulas Microsoft Office Excel 2016 programmā. Procedūra - pētījuma protokls veidots piecos posmos, ietverot pētījuma atlases soļus pēc PRISMA shēmas: 1) pētījuma jautājumu identificēšana; 2) zinātniskās literatūras identificēšana; 3) zinātniskās literatūras atlase pēc kritērijiem; 4) datu analīze un sintēze; 5) datu apkopošana tabulās. Visaptverošās meklēšanas rezultātos tika iekļauti septiņi pētījumi. Rezultāti norāda, ka metakomunikācijas jēdziens tiek lietots dažādi, joprojām nav visaptverošs jēdziena definējums. Pētījumos noskaidroti trīs metakomunikācijas pielietojuma veidi. Metakomunikācijas pielietojuma efektivitāte novērtēta pozitīvi, rezultātā paaugstinās pašefektivitāte metakomunikācijas pielietošanā ar klientiem un supervizējamo vēlme pielietot metakomunikāciju supervīzijā. Supervizējamo atgriezenisko saiti par metakomunikācijas pielietošanu supervīzijā visvairāk veido pozitīvi aspekti. Darbības jomas pārskata par metakomunikāciju supervīzijā praktiskais pielietojams ir informācijas noderīgums esošajiem un topošajiem supervīzijas programmas studentiem, kā arī citiem jomas profesionāļiem, paplašinot zināšanas par metakomunikācijas izmantošanas iespējām supervīzijā. Metacommunication in supervision is defined as one of the essential communication skills of a professional (ECVision. Supervision and Coaching in Europe: Concepts and Competences, 2015), but there is no comprehensive explanation of how exactly metacommunication is used in supervision and what are the types of application (Baltzersen, 2013). The aim of the study was to create a scoping review of the metacommunication in supervision, to find out how metacommunication in supervision is defined in selected studies, what are the types of the use of metacommunication in supervision, to find out the effectiveness of metacommunication, and to determine what is the feedback of the supervisees on the use of metacommunication in supervision. The theoretical basis of the research is grounded in the scientific literature on metacommunication in supervision. The sample of this study consisted of studies on metacommunication in supervision, which met the inclusion/exclusion criteria: 1) research on metacommunication in supervision; 2) the research has been performed for an unlimited period; 3) keywords used: metacommunication, metacommunication in supervision, meta-communication, supervision, supervisory relationship; 4) full text available in English. Toolkit - data mining tables in Microsoft Office Excel 2016. Procedure - the research protocol is created in five stages, including the study selection steps according to the PRISMA scheme: 1) identifying the research question; 2) identifying relevant studies; 3) study selection; 4) data analysis and synthesis; 5) collating, summarising and reporting the results. Seven studies were included in the comprehensive search results. The concept of metacommunication is used in various ways, there is still no comprehensive definition of the concept. The studies identified three types of metacommunication applications. The efficiency of the use of metacommunication has been assessed positively; it results in increased self-efficiency in the use of metacommunication with clients and the desire of the supervised to use metacommunication in supervision. The feedback of the supervised on the application of metacommunication in supervision is mostly formed by positive aspects. The practical application of the scoping review on metacommunication in supervision is the usefulness of information for current and future students of the supervision program, as well as other professionals in the field, expanding the knowledge about the possibilities of using metacommunication in supervision.
