Sociālā darba specifika specializētā psihiatriskā slimnīcā (nodaļā) ar apsardzi

Abstract

Maģistra darba autore aplūkoja tēmu „Sociālā darba specifika specializētā psihiatriskā slimnīcā (nodaļā) ar apsardzi”, lai izprastu, kā notiek sociālais darbs slēgta tipa psihiatrijas iestādē. Lai veidotu priekšstatu par pētāmo problēmu, darba autore šo jautājumu aplūkoja gan no pacientu viedokļa, gan no multiprofesionālas komandas speciālistu perspektīvas. Pētījuma rezultāti rāda, ka nodrošināt kvalitatīvu veselības aprūpi tikai vienas specialitātes ietvaros vai vienam profesionālim nav iespējams. Pakāpeniski veselības aprūpe kļuvusi komplicētāka un attīstās stratēģijas, kuras orientētas uz dažādu sektoru sadarbību, piemēram, Labklājības ministrija sadarbībā ar Veselības ministriju. Izveidojas integrēta pieeja, kas ietver sevī gan veselības aprūpes pakalpojumus, gan sociālos pakalpojumus, gan sociālos rehabilitācijas pakalpojumus un tie ir savstarpēji viens otru papildinoši un saistīti – uz cilvēku orientēti. Līdz ar to apskatītā tēma izkristalizē sociālā darba, cilvēktiesību, medicīniskos un tiesību jomas aspektus. Lai sasniegtu vēlamo rezultātu, maģistra darba ietvaros autore izmantoja zinātniskās literatūras, normatīvo aktu, medicīnas un sociālo dokumentu analīzi un izpēti. Pielietoja kvantitatīvo metodi – anketēšanu, lai noskaidrotu „Rīgas psihiatrijas un narkoloģijas centrs” Tiesu psihiatriskās ekspertīzes un piespiedu ārstēšanas centrā ar apsardzi pacientu sociālās vajadzības un sociālā atbalsta nodrošināšanu, kvalitatīvās metodes – ekspertu intervijas, lai noskaidrotu sociālā darba saturu un īpatnības Rīgas psihiatrijas un narkoloģijas centra Tiesu psihiatriskās ekspertīzes un piespiedu ārstēšanas centrā ar apsardzi. Balstoties uz teorētiskajā un empīriskajā daļā gūtajām atziņām, pētījuma rezultātā darba autore secināja, ka sociālā darbinieka specifika speciālizētā psihiatriskā slimnīcā (nodaļā) ar apsardzi iekļauj cilvēktiesības un sociālā taisnīguma pamatvērtības. Sociālie darbinieki vadās saskaņā ar cilvēktiesību principiem, lai tie būtu pieejami un orientēti uz pacientu sociālo tiesību aizsardzību, lai veicinātu pašu pacientu atbildību sociāli labvēlīgas vides radīšanai.

The author of the master's thesis looked at the topic „Specifics of social work in a specialized psychiatric hospital (division) with security" to understand how social work takes place in a closed psychiatric institution. In order to form an idea of the researched problem, the author of the paper looked at this issue both fro the perspective of patients and from the perspective of specialists of a multi - professional team. The results of the study show that it is not possible to provide quality health care within one specialty or for one professional. Gradually, health care has become more complex and strategies are being developed that focus on cooperation between different sectors, for example: the Ministry of Welfare in cooperation with the Ministry of Health. An integrated approach is emerging, encompassing health care services, social care services and social rehabilitation services, and they are complementary and interconnected - people-oriented. Thus, the topic crystallizes aspects of social work, human rights aspects, medical aspects and legal aspects. In order to achieve the desired result within the master's thesis, the author used the analysis and research of scientific literature, regulatory enactments, medical and social documents. A quantitative method was used – a questionnaire to find out the „Riga Psychiatric and Narcology Center” at the Forensic Psychiatric Expertise and Compulsory Treatment Center with security. To provide patients with social needs and social support, qualitative methods - expert interviews to find out the content and peculiarities of social work Riga Psychiatry and Narcology Center ”Forensic psychiatric examination and involuntary treatment center with security. Based on the findings of the theoretical and empirical part, as a result of the research the author concluded that the specifics of a social worker in a specialized psychiatric hospital (division) with security include human rights and basic values of social justice. Social workers are guided by human rights principles, so that they are accessible and focused on the protection of patients 'social rights, in order to promote patients' own responsibility for creating a socially favorable environment.
