Grūtnieču informētība par dzelzs deficīta anēmijas profilaksi grūtniecības laikā.

Abstract

Darba autore, Agnese Priediņa, Rīgas Stradiņa Universitātes Liepājas filiāles Sabiedrības veselības un sociālās labklājības fakultātes, 1.līmeņa augstākās profesionālās studijas programmas “Māszinības” studente. Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: “Grūtnieču informētība par dzelzs deficīta anēmijas profilaksi grūtniecības laikā”. Darba autore izpētot zinātnisko literatūru, statistikas datus, kā arī no pieredzes izvēlējās pētījuma tēmu, kas ir ļoti aktuāla mūsdienās. Darba autore bija ieinteresēta pētīt cik grūtnieces ir informētas par dzelzs deficīta anēmiju, tās ietekmi uz grūtnieču veselību un profilaksi. Apkopotie rezultāti arī norādīs uz to cik liela ir informētība, par dzelzs deficīta anēmiju grūtniecības laikā, Latvijā. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis: Noskaidrot grūtnieču informētību par dzelzs deficīta anēmijas profilaksi grūtniecības laikā. Tika izvirzīta hipotēze: Grūtnieces ir slikti informētas par dzelzs deficīta anēmijas profilaksi grūtniecības laikā. Pētījumu veido teorētiskā un pētnieciskā daļa. Teorētiskais pamatojums sastāv no divām galvenajām nodaļām, kurās tiek apskatīta dzelzs deficīta anēmija, profilakse un ietekme uz grūtnieču un mazuļa veselību. Pētījumā pielietota kvantitatīva metode – anketēšana, tajā piedlījās brīvi izvēlēti 106 respondenti, grūtnieces vecumā no 18-45 gadiem. Pētījuma prakstiskajā daļā atspoguļoti pētījuma rezultāti 19 attēlos, veikta iegūto rezutātu interpretācija. Izstrādāti 7 secinājumi, kuri atspoguļo Latvijas iedzīvotāju (grūtnieču) viedokli un norāda uz viedokļa atšķirībām, informētību, pieredzi. Pētījuma mērķis ir sasniegts, iegūta atbilde uz izvirzīto hipotēzi: grūtnieces ir slikti informētas par dzelzs deficīta anēmijas profilaksi grūtniecības laikā. Izmantoti 16 zinātniskie literatūras avoti, 6 pievienoti pielikumi. Kvalifikācijas darba kopējais apjoms ir 25 lpp.

Theme of the qualification paper: “Awareness of pregnant women about the prevention of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy”. The author of the work, researching the scientific literature, statistical data, as well as from experience, chose the research topic, which is very relevant nowadays. The author was interested in investigating how well pregnant women are aware of iron deficiency anemia, its impact on pregnant women 's health and prevention. The summarized results will also indicate the level of awareness about iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy in Latvia. Aim of the qualification work: To find out the awareness of pregnant women about the prevention of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy. Hypothesis was put forward: Pregnant women are poorly informed about the prevention of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy. The research consists of a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical background consists of two main chapters, which deal with the anemia, prevention and effects of iron deficiency on the health of pregnant women and the baby. The study used a quantitative method - a questionnaire, which included 106 randomly selected respondents, pregnant women aged 18-45 years. The practical part of the research presents the results of the research in 19 figures, the interpretation of the obtained results is performed. 7 conclusions have been developed, which reflect the opinion of Latvian residents (pregnant women) and indicate differences of opinion, awareness, experience. The aim of the study has been achieved, the answer to the hypothesis has been obtained: pregnant women are poorly informed about the prevention of iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy. 16 scientific literature sources were used, 6 appendices were added. The total volume of the qualification paper is 25 pages.
