Lean biznesa efektivitātes stratēģija SIA TOODE ražošanas procesu pilnveidošanai

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma – Lean biznesa efektivitātes stratēģija SIA TOODE ražošanas procesu pilnveidošanai. Biznesa efektivitāte ir pastāvīgi pilnveidojams process, lai samazinātu izmaksas un vajadzīgo resursu apjomu, piemēram, ražošanas procesiem. Lean biznesa efektivitātes stratēģija ir par viedāku pieejamo resursu pārvaldību uzņēmumā, meklējot un optimizējot procesu zudumus, kas nerada klientam vērtību. Covid-19 globālā pandēmija ir nozīmīgi ietekmējusi vairākas kā pasaules tā Latvijas tautsaimniecības nozares. Būvniecības nozare Latvijā šajā krīzē ir viena no veiksmīgajām nozarēm, jo kritums pandēmijas sākumā bija neliels. Savukārt 2020.gada noslēgumā, pievienotās vērtības īpatsvars nozarei palielinājās līdz 7%. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, kopumā 80 lpp. Pirmajā nodaļā analizējot biznesa efektivitāti uzņēmējdarbībā un Lean stratēģiju, izstrādājot organizācijas vispārējās biznesa efektivitātes un ražošanas efektivitātes diagnostikas kritērijus. Otrajā nodaļā tiek pētīta pasaules un Latvijas tērauda jumtu tirgus, analizējot SIA TOODE saimniecisko darbību. Trešajā nodaļā tika veikts empīrisks pētījums par SIA TOODE vispārīgo biznesa efektivitāti un pamatproduktu ražošanas efektivitāti, izstrādājot ieteikumus ražošanas efektivitātes pilnveidošanai. Maģistra darba mērķis – balstoties uz teorētisko literatūru, izanalizēt Lean biznesa efektivitātes stratēģiju, lai noteiktu SIA TOODE ražošanas efektivitātes pilnveidošanas virzienus. Pētījumā tika izmantotas sekojošas metodes: monogrāfiskā, iekšējo dokumentu analīze, sekundārā datu analīze, grafiskā metode, strukturētās intervijas un aprēķinu konstruktīvā metode. Šī maģistra darba nozīmīgākie rezultāti ir pilnveidoti vispārējās organizācijas biznesa efektivitātes kritēriji, kas sniedz priekšstatu par to cik efektīvi strādā darbinieki (jeb apgrozījums uz vienu darbinieku) un cik efektīvi uzņēmums rīkojas ar saviem finanšu resursiem. Otrs nozīmīgākais rezultāts ir konsekvences ieviešana par korektu Lean termina lietojumu, kuru korekti latviešu valodā ir jāatveido kā īpašvārdu, ieslīpinot. Svarīgākie, darba autores prāt, SIA TOODE biznesa efektivitātes pilnveidošanās virzieni ir trīs – viedāka informācijas pārvalde ražošanas noliktavā, pakāpeniska manuālāko iekārtu aizstāšana ar automatizētākām, ražošanas ātruma palielināšanai, kā arī energoneatkarība ražotnei, lai nākotnē ražotne atbilstu Eiropas zaļā kursa niansēm.

The topic of the master's thesis is Lean business efficiency strategy for the improvement of SIA TOODE production processes. Business efficiency is a constantly improving process to reduce costs and the number of resources required such as production processes. Lean business efficiency strategy is about smarter management of available resources in the company, finding and optimizing process losses that do not create value for the customer. The global Covid-19 pandemic has significantly affected several sectors of the global economies. The construction sector in Latvia is one of the most successful sectors in this crisis, as the decline was small at the beginning of the pandemic. At the end of 2020, the share of value added for the industry increased to 7%. Master's thesis consists of 3 chapters, a total of 80 pages. In the first chapter, analysing business efficiency in business and Lean strategy, and developing diagnostic criteria for the organization's overall business efficiency and production efficiency. In the second chapter is studied the world and Latvian steel roofs markets, analysing SIA TOODE. In the third chapter, an empirical study was performed on the general business efficiency of SIA TOODE and the production efficiency of basic products, developing recommendations for the improvement of production efficiency. The aim of the master's thesis – based on the theoretical literature, to analyse the Lean business efficiency strategy in order to determine the directions of SIA TOODE production efficiency improvement. The following methods were used in the study: monographic, internal document analysis, secondary data analysis, graphical method, structured interviews and constructive calculation method. The most significant results of this master's thesis are the improved business efficiency criteria of the organization, which provide an idea of how efficiently employees work and how efficiently the company manages its financial resources. The second most important result is the sequence implementation for Lean term in Latvian. According to the author, the most important directions for improving the business efficiency of SIA TOODE are three – smarter information management in the production warehouse, gradual replacement of the most manual equipment with more automated ones, and energy independence for the plant to meet European Green Deal.
