Liepājas pilsētas iedzīvotāju zināšanas un viedoklis par anafilaktisko šoku un pirmo palīdzību

Abstract

Izstrādātā kvalifikācijas darba tēma ir ’’Liepājas pilsētas iedzīvotāju zināšanas un viedoklis par anafilaktisko šoku un pirmo palīdzību’’. Tā ir nopietna alerģiska reakcija, kas sakar visas vecuma grupas un nereti beidzas letāli. Eiropas statistika uzrāda, ka saslimšanas gadījumi ir salīdzinoši maz, 2013.gadā Eiropā anafilaktisko šoku piedzīvoja 1-7 cilvēki no 100 000 cilvēkiem. 2018.gadā Eiropā ar anafilaktisko šoku saskārās 1-3 cilvēki no 100 000 cilvēkiem. Pētījumi pierāda, ka iespējamība piedzīvot anafilaktisko šoku ir samazinājusies, tomēr šoka iespejamība netiek izslēgta. (Panesar et al., 2013; Kaliner et al., 2018) Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot Liepājas pilsētas iedzīvotāju zināšanas un viedokli par anafilaktisko šoku un pirmās palīdzības sniegšanu. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Teorētisko daļu veido trīs nodaļas, kurās tiek aprakstīts anafilaktiskais šoks, pirmās palīdzības sniegšana un sabiedrības zināšanas globālā līmenī. Praktiskajā daļā atspoguļota pētījuma metodoloģija, pētījuma rezultāti atspoguļoti diagrammās. Tiek veikta pētījuma analīze un izdarīti secinājumi. Pētījuma rezultāti atbilst ticamībai un kvalifikācijas darba mērķi tiek sasniegti. Pētījumā izmantota kvantitatīvā pētīšanas metode, kā pētījuma instruments tika izmantots aptaujas anketa. Pētījumā piedalījās 300 respondenti, kas ir Liepājas pilsētas iedzīvotāji un ir vismaz 18. gadus veci. Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus apstiprinās pētījuma autores izvirzītā hipotēze: ’’ Liepājas pilsētas iedzīvotāju zināšanas un viedoklis par anafilaktisko šoku, tā simptomiem un rīcību pirmās palīdzības sniegšanā ir nepietiekamas’’. Tiek izdarīts secinājums, ka zināšanas ir nepietiekamā līmenī, un ir nepieciešama informācijas aktualizācija, kā arī respondentu viedoklis to apliecina. Izstrādātais darbs sastāv no 22 lapaspusēm, 16 diagrammām, 20 literatūras avotiem, 7 secinājumiem un 5 pielikumiem. Atslēgas vārdi: anafilaktiskais šoks, pirmā palīdzība, sabiedrība, zināšanas.

The theme of this qualifying paper ir ’’Liepajas citizens knoweledge and opinion on anaphylactic shock and first aid’’. It is a serious allergic reaction that occurs with all age groups and in severe cases the outcome is fatal. Although there are relatively few cases of morbidity, in year 2013, 1-7 people in 100 000 people experienced anaphylactic shock in Europe. In year 2018, in Europe 1-3 people out of 100 000 people experienced anaphylactic shock. Studies have shown that the likelihood of an anaphylactic shock is decreasing. However, this does not completely rule out the possibility of experiecning anaphylactic shock. (Panesar et al., 2013; Kaliner et al., 2018) The aim of this research is to find out the knoweledge and opinion of the citizen of Liepaja city on anaphylactic shock and first aid. The apaper consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoractical part consists of three chapters where specification is based on anaphylactic shock, first aid and society’s knoweledge about anaphylactick shock in global. The prectical part discloses research methodology and the outcome of the research is generalised in the charts. An analysis of the study is carried out and conclusions are reached. The results of the study are reliable and the aim of this qualifying paper is reached. In the research was used quantitative research method and a structured questionnaire was used as the tool. The study involved 300 participants who live in the Liepaja city and are at least 18 years old. After summarising the results of the research, the hypothesis put foward by the author of the research is comformed that,’’The knowledge and opinion of citizens of the Liepaja city about anaphylactic shock, its symptoms and actions in providing first aid insufficient’’ it is concluded that the level of knoweledge is insufficient, and the information needs to be updated, as well as the opinion of the participants confirms this. The paper consists of 22 pages, 16 charts, 20 literature sources, 7 conclusions and 5 attachments. Key words: anaphylactic shock, first aid, society, knoweledge.
