Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir “Iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa piemērošanas problemātika darījumos ar nekustamiem īpašumiem”. Viens no nozīmīgākajiem nodokļiem Latvijā ir iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodoklis, ar ko apliek fiziskās personas gūtos ienākumus, tas sastāv no nodokļa, t.sk. no kapitāla pieauguma, par ienākumiem no saimnieciskās darbības, ja tie nav uzņēmumu ienākuma nodokļa objekts, un no citiem ienākuma avotiem. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt tiesisko regulējumu saistībā ar iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa aprēķināšanas un maksāšanas pienākuma jautājumiem darījumos ar nekustamo īpašumu, analizēt kā ir piemērojamas normas, vai ir likuma robi un ar kādām metodēm tie aizpildāmi un izteikt priekšlikumus Latvijas Iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa regulējuma pilnveidošanai. Darba apjoms ir 99 lpp.

The title of master’s degree papers is “Problems with the application of personal income tax in real estate transactions”. Personal income tax is one of the most important taxes in Latvia. It is taxed from natural person’s income, and consists of (including but not limited to) a tax on, capital gains, on income derived from economic activity subject to incomes being tax object of enterprise income tax, on income derived from other sources. The aim of the master's degree papers is to study the legal framework of obligation to calculate and to pay personal income tax in transactions with immovable property, to analyse applicable norms, discover gaps in the law (if any) and methods may be used for gaps’ filling in and to make proposals for improvement of Latvian personal tax regulation. The volume of the papers’ is 99 pages.
