Abstract: Anotācija Darba nosaukums ir “ Uzņēmuma “X” darbinieku iesaistīšanās saistība ar personības iezīmēm un apmierinātību ar darbu”. Darbinieku iesaistīšanās ir ļoti plaši pētīts jēdziens, jo pētījumi liecina, ka šobrīd vēl vairāk kā jebkad agrāk organizācijām interesē darbinieki un to iesaistīšanās darbā, kas iet roku rokā ar organizācijas panākumiem. Pētījumi liecina, ka iesaistīšanās uzlabošana ir svarīga ,lai uzlabotu darba sniegumu un novērstu darbinieku aiziešanu. Veselības aprūpes uzņēmums “X”, kas pamatā nodarbojas ar cilvēka reproduktoloģijas jomu ir strauji audzis, līdz ar ko pieaug arī darbinieku mainība. Viena no šī gada prioritātēm ir uzņēmuma personāla vadības uzlabošana. Darbinieku iesaistīšanos ietekmē gan sociāli demogrāfiskie faktori, gan apmierinātība ar darbu ,gan personības iezīmes un ir svarīgi noskaidrot, kuriem no ietekmējošiem faktoriem pievērst vislielāko uzmanību, lai uzlabotu darbinieku iesaistīšanos un veicinātu produktivitāti. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot uzņēmuma “X” darbinieku iesaistīšanos, tās saistību ar personības iezīmēm un apmierinātību ar darbu un izstrādāt priekšlikumus darbinieku iesaistes uzlabošanai. Pētījuma jautājumi ir – kuriem faktoriem ir vislielākā saistība ar darbinieku iesaistīšanos? Kuriem apmierinātības faktoriem ir lielākā ietekme uz darbinieku iesaistīšanos? Kurām personības iezīmēm ir vislielākā ietekme uz darbinieku iesaistīšanos? Pētījumā tika noskaidrots, ka uzņēmuma X darbiniekiem ir vidēja iesaistīšanās (Me=3,6.) Tika atklāts, ka uzņēmuma “X” darbinieku iesaistīšanās visvairāk ir saistīta ar kopējo apmierinātību ar darbu (r=0,674) un motivējošiem faktoriem(r=0,587). Darbinieku iesaistīšanās no personības iezīmēm visvairāk ir saistīta ar ekstraversiju (r=0,576) un apzinīgumu (r=0,439) Vislielākā ietekme uz darbinieku iesaistīšanos ir kopējai apmierinātībai, apmierinātībai ar apstākļiem un motivējošajiem faktoriem. No personības iezīmēm lielākā ietekme ir ekstraversijai un apzinīgumam. Pētījumā izstrādātie priekšlikumi var tikt izmantoti uzņēmuma “X” darbinieku iesaistīšanās uzlabošanai. Darbs ir izstrādāts latviešu valodā. Tas sastāv no 71 lpp., 12 attēliem, 11 tabulām pielikumiem un 116 literatūras avotiem. Everte-Burve, Viktorija. ABSTRACT The title of the thesis is Employee engagement in relation to their personality and job satisfaction in organisation “X” Employee engagement is a widely researched topic for the past few years. Research suggests that nowadays companies are focusing on employee interests and job satisfaction more than ever as it has a significant effect on the company’s success. According to the published studies it is important to improve the engagement in order to boost the performance and refrain employees from leaving. Healthcare company whose main area of expertise is human reproductology has grown significantly, which has impacted the overall employee turnover. One of the priorities for this year is to improve human resource management. Employee engagement is influenced by several factors- socio-demographic variables, satisfaction and personality traits, therefore it is important to investigate which factor has the largest impact on productivity and the involvement. The aim of the master thesis is to investigate employee engagement of company “X”, the connection with the personality traits, satisfaction level and to develop a proposal for improvements. Research questions- which factors are the most relevant to employee engagement? Which satisfaction variables have the largest impact on employee engagement? Which personality traits are most likely to impact employee engagement? According to the research results employees in company “X” have average engagement level (Me=3,6.) The results suggest that the involvement of the employees of company "X" is mostly related to the overall job satisfaction (r=0,674), motivating factors (r = 0.587) and management satisfaction (r = 0.436). Judging from personality traits perspective employee engagement is mostly influenced by extraversion (r = 0.576) and conscientiousness (r = 0.439). The largest impact on employee engagement is the overall satisfaction, satisfaction with conditions and motivating factors, however according to personality traits it is extraversion and conscientiousness. The developed suggestions can be implemented in company “X” in order to improve the employee engagement. The research is developed in Latvian language. It consists of 71 pages, 12 images, 11 tables, 3 appendixes and 116 literature sources.
