Dzīvojamo māju pārvaldīšanas tiesiskais regulējums un tā piemērošanas problēmas

Abstract

Anotācija Maģistra darba tēma ir „Dzīvojāmo māju pārvaldīšanas tiesiskais regulējums un tā piemērošanas problēmas”. Darba mērķis ir, izpētot tiesisko regulējumu par daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamo māju pārvaldīšanu, identificēt problēmjautājumus un sniegt iespējamos risinājumus. Lai sasniegtu šī maģistra darba mērķi, autore izvirza šādus darba uzdevumus: izanalizēt dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības lēmumu pieņemšanas kārtību; izpētīt dzīvojamo māju pārvaldnieka tiesiko statusu; izanalizēt pakalpojumu daudzdzīvokļu mājā nodrošināšanas aspektu, proti, pakalpojumu saņemšanas kārtību un pakalpojumu apmaksas kārtību; izpētīt būvniecības darbu veikšanas un saskaņošanas kārtību pārvaldīšanas darbību ietvaros. Darbs sastāv no anotācijām latviešu un angļu valodās, ievada, 4 (četrām) nodaļām, 10 (desmit) apakšnodaļām, nobeiguma un literatūras un avotu saraksta. Kopējais darba apjoms ir 80 lappuse.

Annotation Thesis of the Master's Paper is “Legal regulation on the management of residential buildings and issues on the application thereof”. Purpose of the Paper is, when studying the legal framework on the administration of residential houses, to identify the issues and provide the possible solutions. In order to achieve the purpose of this Master’s Paper, the author proposes the following tasks of the Paper: to analyse the procedure for decision making of the apartment owners’ community; to study the legal status of the manager of residential houses; to analyse the aspect of provision of services in the apartment building, namely, the procedure for receipt of services and payment procedure for services; to study the procedure of performance and coordination of construction works within the framework of management activities. The Paper consists of annotations in Latvian and English, introduction, 4 (four) chapters, 10 (ten) sub-chapters, conclusion and a list of literature and sources. The total volume of the Paper is 80 pages.
