Farmaceitiskā aprūpe kā līdzestību ietekmējošais faktors pacientiem ar arteriālo hipertensiju

Abstract

Arteriālā hipertensija ir ilgstoši paaugstināts asinsspiediens virs normas. Līdzestība nosaka cik lielā mērā cilvēka uzvedība – zāļu lietošana, diētas ievērošana un / vai dzīvesveida maiņa atbilst saskaņotajiem veselības aprūpes sniedzēja ieteikumiem. Tiek aprakstīta arteriālās hipertensijas pacientu līdzestība un kādi ir līdzestību ietekmējoši farmaceitiskās aprūpes konsultācijas aspekti pacientiem ar arteriālo hipertensiju. Pacientu skaits ar arteriālo hipertensiju katru gadu pieaug, tādēļ tiek aktualizēts jautājums par zāļu pareizu lietošanu, lai sasniegtu optimālu asinsspiedienu. Tā kā pacientu līdzestība medikamentozai terapijai ir zema, tad ir svarīgi izvērtēt un izmantot visus farmaceitiskos mehānismus terapijas ietekmēšanai. Farmaceitiskā aprūpe, kas ietver sevī farmaceita ieinteresētu par pacienta medikamentozo terapiju, izvērstu konsultāciju par zāļu lietošanu, zāļu iespējamām blaknēm un mijiedarbībām, ietekmē pacienta līdzestību medikamentozajai terapijai. Līdzestības novērtēšanai pacientiem tika izmantota Morisky medication adherence scale 8 (MMAS-8). Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kāda ir arteriālās hipertensijas pacientu līdzestība un kādi farmaceitiskās konsultācijas aspekti to var ietekmēt.

This study is about “Pharmaceutical Care as Adherence Factor in Patients with Arterial Hypertension”. Arterial hypertension is long-term condition where blood pressure or over the norm. Adherence determines the extent to which human behavior, such as medication, diet, and / or lifestyle changes, is consistent with the health care provider's recommendations. This research reviews what is the adherence among arterial hypertension patients and what are the pharmaceutical consultation factors that influence adherence among patients who suffer from arterial hypertension. The number of hypertension patients keep growing each year, the topic of correct medication use is popularized to achieve optimal pressure. Because of the adherence of medicated therapy among patients is low, it is important to acknowledge and use all mechanisms to influence the treatment. Pharmaceutical care, which includes a pharmacist interested in the patient's drug therapy, consultation on the use of the drug, possible side effects and drug interactions, affects the patient's adherence to drug therapy. For the evaluation of patient’s adherence the Morisky medication adherence scale 8 (MMAS-8) was used. The goal of this research is to find out what is the adherence of arterial hypertension patients and what pharmaceutical consultation factors can influence them. Pharmaceutical care is a adherence influencing factor.
