Nierakmeņu neķirurģiskās ārstēšanas iespējas bērniem - literatūras apskats

Abstract

Atslēgas vārdi: Nefrolitiāze, uztura terapija, nierakmeņi bērniem, litotripsija, pediatrija, Darba mērķis: Izanalizējot pieejamo literatūru, izpētīt nierakmeņu slimības ārstēšanas metodes bērniem un, balstoties uz iegūtajiem datiem, rekomendēt optimālākās ārstēšanas iespējās. Darba uzdevumi: 1. Izpētīt un apkopot pieejamo literatūru par nierakmeņu slimības terapijas iespējām pediatriskajā praksē. 2. Noskaidrot biežākā pielietotās nierakmeņu ārstēšanas metodes bērniem. 3. Pēc iegūtajiem literatūras datiem izveidot praktiskās rekomendācijas nierakmeņu slimības ārstēšanai bērniem 4. Analizējot publikācijas - salīdzinat nierakmeņu slimības ne ķirurģiskās terapijas iespējas bērnu vecumā. Darba hipotēze: Bērniem nierakmeņu slimības ārstēšanā vadošā loma ir ne ķirurģiskajām metodēm. Secinājumi: 1. Apkopojot pieejamos literatūras avotus par nierakmeņu slimības neķirurģiskajām ārstēšanas metodēm ,es var apliecināt,ka man pētnieciskā darba izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies. 2. Nierakmeņu slimības ārstēšanā bērniem priekšroka tiek dota tieši neķirurģiskajām ārstēšanas metodēm. 3. Neķirurģiskās ārstēšanas metodes ,kas plaši tiek izmantotas pediatrijas praksē ir uztura ,medikamentoza terapija un ekstrakorporālā tiecienviļnu terapija. 4. Ekstrakorporālā tiecienviļnu terapija ir visefektīvākā un drošāka neķirurģiskā ārstēšanas metode ,ko izmanto nierakmeņu slimības ārstēšanai bērniem. 5. Uztura un medikamentozai terapijai ir galvenā lomā metabolisko izmaiņu ārstēšanā bērniem ar nierakmeņu slimību. 6. Uztura un medikamentozāi terapijai ir svarīga loma netikai nierakmeņu ārstēšanā ,bet arī recidīvu risku mazināšanā

To study and compile available literature on the possibilities of therapy of kidney stone disease in pediatric practice. 2. Clarify the most frequent methods of treatment of kidney stones in children. 3. According to the data obtained, create the most optimal treatment regimen for Latvian children. 4. Analyzing publications-compare the possibilities of non-surgical therapy of kidney stone disease in children. Hypothesis: Non-surgical methods play a leading role in the treatment of kidney stone disease in pediactrice practise. Conclusions1. Summarizing the available sources of literature on non-surgical methods of treatment of kidney stone disease ,I can assure that the hypothesis put forward by my research work has been confirmed. 2. In the treatment of kidney stone disease in children, preference is given precisely to non-surgical methods of treatment. 3. Non-surgical methods of treatment that are widely used in pediatric practice are dietary ,drug therapy and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy 4. Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy is the most effective and safe non-surgical method of treatment used to treat kidney stone disease in children. 5. Nutrition and drug therapy play a key role in the treatment of metabolic changes in children with kidney stone disease. 6. Diet and drug therapy play an important role not only in the treatment of kidney stones ,but also in reducing the risk of relapse.
