Biomateriālu pielietošana lūpu korekcijai, kā alternatīva ķirurģiskām operācijām

Abstract

Lūpu formas un apjoma korekcija kosmētiskos nolūkos mūsdienās tiek ļoti plaši pielietota. Korekcijas metodes klasificē divās grupās: biomateriāli un ķirurģiskās operācijas. Lūpu korekcija ar filleriem jeb biomateriāliem ir kļuvusi par populārāko mīksto audu korekcijas veidu, bet ķirurģiskās metodes ir mazāk populāras sabiedrībā. Pētnieciskajā darbā tika apkopoti un salīdzināti dermatoloģijā, kosmetoloģijā un ķirurģijā izmantojamie lūpu korekcijas metožu veidi ar biomateriāliem un ķirurģiskās operācijas, to efektivitāte un komplikācijas. Kā pētnieciskā darba metode tika izmantota zinātniskās literatūras meklēšana gan brīvpieejas, gan Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes abonētajās datubāzēs: PubMed, ScienceDirect, ClinicalKey, Cochrane Library, AccessMedicine, ProQuest, Wiley Online Library, Google Books. Grāmatas tika meklētas Rīgas Stradiņa universitātes bibliotēkā. Tika meklēti sistemātiskie literatūras pārskati, literatūras apskati un grāmatu nodaļas par atbilstošo tēmu laika intervālā no 2005.gada līdz 2020.gadam. Pētnieciskajā darbā tika noskaidrots, ka mūsdienās populārākie biomateriāli lūpu korekcijai ir hialuronskābe, hidroksilapatīts, silikons un autologie taukaudi. Savukārt populārākās ķirurģiskās metodes ir tiešā un netiešā lūpas pacelšanas tehnikas, kā arī V-Y plastika. Pētnieciskajā darbā tika noskaidrota un apkopota katra materiāla un metodes efektivitāte un komplikācijas. Pētnieciskajā darbā tika secināts, ka visi biomateriāli sniedz rezultātu uz kādu laiku, tos iedala īslaicīgas un ilgstošas darbības biomateriālos. Savukārt visas ķirurģiskās metodes sniedz pastāvīgi paliekošu rezultātu, kā arī var tikt izmainīts augšlūpas baltās ādas garums un nasolabiālais leņķis vēl estētiskākam rezultātam.

The correction of lip shape and volume for cosmetic purposes is widely used today. The correction methods are classified in two groups: biomaterials and surgical procedures. Lip correction with fillers or biomaterials has become the most popular form of soft tissue correction, but surgical techniques are less popular in the society. The types of lip correction with biomaterials and surgical procedures used in dermatology, cosmetology and surgery, their effectiveness and complications was gathered and compared in this research work. Searching for scientific literature in open access databases and databases subscribed by Riga Stradiņš University: PubMed, ScienceDirect, ClinicalKey, Cochrane Library, AccessMedicine, ProQuest, Wiley Online Library, Google Books was used as a research method. The books were searched at the library of the Riga Stradiņš university. Systematic literature reviews, literature reviews and book chapters were searched about appropriate themes between year 2005 and 2020. In this reaserch work it was found that the most popular biomaterials for lip correction today are hyaluronic acid, hydroxylapatit, silicone and autologous fat tissue. The most popular surgical techniques are direct lip lift, indirect lip lift and V-Y plastic. And the efficacy and complications of each material and method were identified and collected. It was concluded that all biomaterials have a temporary outcome and are classified into short-term and long-term biomaterials. All surgical techniques, on the other hand, provide permanent results, as well as changes the length of the white skin of the upper lip and the nasolabial angle for an even more aesthetic result.
