Ikdienas mutes kopšanas īpatnības pacientiem ar periodontālām saslimšanām

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbs ir veltīts ikdienas mutes kopšanas īpatnībām pacientiem ar pariodontālām saslimšanām. Tā ir aktuāla problēma gan pasaulē, gan Latvijā. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt pacientu ikdienas mutes kopšanas īpatnības, kuriem konstatēta periodontālā saslimšana. Darba uzdevumi ir apkopot un izanalizēt literatūru par ikdienas mutes kopšanu īpatnībām pacientiem ar periodontālām saslimšanām. Praktiskā pētījuma daļa iekļauj aptaujas anketas. Pētījumā piedalījās pacienti, kuriem ir periodontālas saslimšanas. Anketas tika pildītas zobārstniecībā. Kvalifikācijas darba hipotēze: Nepietiekama ikdienas mutes higiēna pacientiem ietekmē un veicina periodontālās saslimšanas. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka nepietiekama mutes higiēna ietiekmē un arī veicina periodontālās saslimšanas. Pacienti neievēro periodontologa / zobu higiēnistu nozīmētos norādījumus, nepilnīgi rūpējoties par mutes higiēnu (neizmanto ikdienā zobu diegu, interdentālās zobu birstītes, netīra mēli). Būtiskais šajā darba izstrādē ir atspoguļot, cik svarīgi ir pacientiem ievēro periodontologa / zobu higiēnistu norādītos nozīmējumus, un iesaistās savu zobu higiēnas veikšanā un to veselības uzturēšanā. Darba hipotēze apstiprinājās: nepietiekama ikdienas mutes higiēna pacientiem ietekmē un veicina periodontālās saslimšanas.

The qualification paper is dedicated to the peculiarities of daily oral care for patients with periodontal diseases. This is a topical problem in the world and Latvia. The aim of the study the peculiarities of daily oral care of patients with periodontal disease. The tasks of the work are to compile and analyze the literature on the peculiarities of daily oral care in patients with periodontal diseases. Part of the practical research includes questionnaires. The study included patients with periodontal disease. The questionnaires were filled in at the dentistry. Qualification working hypothesis: Inadequate daily oral hygiene affects and contributes to periodontal disease in patients. The results of the study show that insufficient oral hygiene affects and also contributes to periodontal disease. Patients do not follow the instructions given by the periodontist / dental hygienist due to incomplete oral hygiene (do not use dental floss, interdental toothbrushes, dirty tongue on a daily basis). Central to this work is the importance of patients adhering to the meanings indicated by the periodontist / dental hygienist and being involved in their own dental hygiene and health. The working hypothesis was confirmed: insufficient daily oral hygiene affects and promotes periodontal disease in patients.
