Zīdaiņu pudeļu kariesa cēloņi

Abstract

Dotais darbs tiek veltīts zīdaiņu pudeļu kariesa cēloņu pētīšanai. Autore pievērš uzmanību pudeļu kariesa izpausmju faktoriem, kā bioloģiskiem tā arī sociāliem, kā arī tam, cik lielā mērā bērnu vecāki ir spējīgi rīkoties savu bērnu mutes veselības uzturēšanā. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis - Uzzināt, kādi ir zīdaiņu pudeļu kariesa cēloņi. Mērķa sasniegšanai autore aplūkoja zīdaiņu pudeļu kariesa jēdzienu, tā izpausmes un sekas. Anketēšanas formā tika noskaidrots, cik lielā mērā vecāki ir kompetenti bērnu mutes kopšanas jomā, kā arī to, vai ir informēti par kariesa rašanās iemesliem, kas nāk no āras – ēšanas paradumiem. Pamatojoties uz rezultātiem tika veidoti secinājumi par sabiedrības “vājām” un “stirpām” pusēm bērnu mutes kopšanas jomā. Kvalifikācijas darbā ir 4 nodaļas. 1. nodaļa veltīta pudeļu kariesa klīnisko izpausmju apskatīšanai, kur tika izpētītas pudeļu kariesa sekas. 2. nodaļā autore izpētīja zīdaiņu pudeļu kariesa rašanās iemeslus, mikrobioloģiskos, diētas, zobu un arī kariesu veicinošus faktorus. 3. nodaļā tika apskatīta zīdaiņu pudeļu kariesa novēršana, bērna uzturs un zobu rezistences uzlabošanas iespējas, kā arī fluorīdu saturošas zobu pastas. 4. nodaļā tika veikta saabiedrības aptauja ar mērķi noskaidrot pudeļu kariesa cēloņus un veikt secinājumus.

This work is dedicated to the study of the causes of baby bottles dental caries. The author pays attention to the factors of bottle dental caries, both biological and social, as well as the extent of knowledge of parents their children's oral health. The aim of the qualification work - To find out what are the causes of baby bottles dental caries. To achieve the goal, the author looked at the concept of infant dental caries, its manifestations and consequences. The questionnaire was used to find out how competent are parents in the field of oral care for children, as well as whether they are aware of the causes of dental caries that come from eating habits. Based on the results, conclusions were made about the “weak” and “strong” sides of society in the field of children's oral care. There are 4 chapters in the qualification work. Chapter 1 is devoted to the clinical manifestations of dental caries, where the consequences of bottle caries were studied. In Chapter 2, the author studied the causes of infant bottles caries, microbiological, dietary, dental and caries-promoting factors. Chapter 3 looked at the prevention of bottle caries, child nutrition and ways to improve tooth resistance, as well as fluoride-containing toothpastes. In Chapter 4, a survey of the society was conducted in order to find out the causes of bottle caries and make conclusions.
