Abstract: | Miegs ir ievērojama mūsu dzīves daļa.
Sleep is an essential part of life. An average person sleeps about 26 years of their life. Understanding ways of obtaining a good night of sleep is important, as in this way we can be more productive and have the energy needed to live your life to the fullest. It is no surprise that today’s society puts individuals at great stress, possibly leading to sleep disturbances. Sleeping problems are a major health issue and affect the population on a large scale. A significant proportion of the society has experienced sleeping disturbances at least once in their life time. A person who has not been impacted by poor sleep quality and quantity cannot fully understand how greatly it affects the concentration and abilities of a person who is currently experiencing them. Sleeping problems can be underestimated. |
