The number of people owning a mobile phone is increasing year by year, and so is mobile phone usage. Thus, it is crucial to evaluate mobile phone exposure to how it affects stress, sleep quality, and quantity negatively. The purpose of this research paper is to investigate if there is an association between mobile phone usage and stress, sleep quality, and quantity. It was conducted by enquiring individuals from different ethnicity and different age groups to answer as truthfully as possible to a questionnaire about their sleeping habits, mobile phone usage, and their psychological well-being associated with stress. |
