Gripas profilakses izvērtējums geriatriskiem pacientiem

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba autore: Alisa Panaseviča Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: “Gripas profilakses izvērtējums geriatriskiem pacientiem” Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis: Izvērtēt gripas profilaksi geriatriskiem pacientiem Ik gadu Latvijā ar gripu pārslimo vidēji 10% no iedzīvotāju populācijas. (Slimības profilakses un kontroles centrs, 2018) Latvijā 2017. – 2018. gadā gripas sezonas laikā lielākais īpatsvars no gripas mirušo cilvēku vidū bija pacienti vecumā virs 70 gadiem – 45 cilvēki jeb 52%. (SPKC, 2018). Lai gripas epidēmijas laikā nesaslimtu ar gripu slimību, profilakses un kontroles centra epidemiologi iesaka gripas sezonas laikā veikt noteiktas darbības jeb pielietot nespecifisko profilaksi, lai mazinātu iespēju saslimt ar gripas vīrusu, it īpaši tas ir svarīgi riska grupas pacientiem, tajā skaitā veca gadagājuma cilvēkiem. (SPKC, 2020) Gripa ir viena no vakcīnregulējamām infekcijas slimībām. (SPKC, 2020) Pasaules Veselības organizācija uzskata, ka veiksmīgākā gripas vīrusa profilakse ir vakcinācija, kas ir viens no lielākajiem mūsdienu sasniegumiem dažādu infekcijas slimību kontrolē un profilaksē, slimības izraisīto komplikāciju un mirstības skaita samazināšanā. (Feldblum, 2011) Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir gripas profilakse geriatriskiem pacientiem? Pētījuma datu iegūšanas instruments ir autora veidota anketa. Anketas tika izdalītas 118 respondentiem – atpakaļ saņemtas 109, kur 100 tika atzītas par derīgām. Anketa sastāv no 18 jautājumiem, kuros tiek piedāvāti atbilžu varianti, kā arī iespēja ierakstīt atbildi 7., 9., 12., 13., 16., 17., 18. jautājumos. Iegūtie dati tiks atspoguļoti procentuāli un apkopoti diagrammās, balstoties uz autora izveidotiem vērtēšanas kritērijiem. Galvenie pētījuma rezultāti un secinājumi: Kvalifikācijas darba uzdevumi ir sasniegti, pētījuma rezultāti ir apkopoti, atbildot uz pētījuma jautājumu “Kāda ir gripas profilakse geriatriskiem pacientiem?”. Jāsecina, ka gripas profilakse geriatriskiem pacientiem nav pietiekama un nav veselības veicinoša. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no 43 lappusēm, 18 attēliem, 4 pielikumiem un 74 literatūras avotiem.

(Center for Disease Prevention and Control, 2018) In Latvia in 2017-2018, the largest proportion of people who died of influenza among people aged over 70 years – 45 people or 52%. (Centrer for Disease Prevention and Control, 2018). In order not to deal with influenza during the influenza epidemic, epidemiologists from the Prevention and Control Centrer recommend that certain actions must be taken during the influenza season or that non-specific prevention can be used to reduce the possibility of influenza, particularly this is important for patients at risk, including the elderly. (Centrer for Disease Prevention and Control, 2020) Influenza is one of the infectious diseases of the vaccine. (Centrer for Disease Prevention and Control, 2020) The World Health Organisation considers that the most successful prevention of influenza virus is vaccination, which is one of the biggest achievements today in the control and prevention of various infectious diseases, reducing the number of complications caused by the disease and mortality. (Feldblum, 2011) The research question is: What is the prevention of influenza in geriatric patients? The study used an author-created questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to 118 respondents, 109 was returned and 100 of returned were validated. The questionnaire was made of 18 questions, which offers options for answers, as well as the ability to record a response to questions 7, 9, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18. The results of the study will be summarized and analyzed on the basis of pre-defined evaluation criteria. The main research results are: Qualification paper assignments are achieved, the results of the study are summarized in response to research question “What is the prevention of influenza in geriatric patients?”. It must be concluded that preventive action of influenza for geriatric patients is not health enhancing. Qualification paper consist of 43 pages, 18 images, 4 annexes and 74 sources of literature.
