Abstract: | MĒRĶIS
Šīs literatūras apskata mērķis ir novērtēt, kā ūdens ietekmē cilvēku veselību un sniegumu fiziskās aktivitātes un nodarbošanās laikā.
UZDEVUMS
Galvenais uzdevums ir pārskatīt, kā ūdens ietekmē cilvēku veselību un sniegumu, kā arī hroniskas dehidratācijas iznākumu.
HIPOTĒZE
• Lielākā daļa cilvēku dzer pārāk maz ūdens un ir hroniski dehidrēti, nemaz nezinot par to
• Šķidruma uzņemšana palielinātu darba spējas
• Šķidruma uzņemšana palielinātu sportisko sniegumu
• Šķidrums ietekmē izziņu sliktāk, nekā mēs domājam
METODES
Dažādu publikāciju un literatūras pārskatīšana un meklēšana Pubmed un Google Scholar. AIM The purpose of this literature review is to evaluate how water impacts human health and performance in exercise and occupation. TASK The main task is to review how water impacts human health and performance and the outcome of chronic dehydration. HYPOTHESIS • Most people drink too little water and are in a chronic dehydrated state without awareness of it • Fluid intake would increase the work capacity • Fluid intake would increase athletic performance • Fluid impacts the cognition worse than we think METHODS Reviewing and searching of different publications and literature in Pubmed and Google Scholar. |
