Nelegālās migrācijas apkarošanas tiesiskais regulējums Latvijā un Eiropā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Nelegālās migrācijas apkarošanas tiesiskais regulējums Latvijā un Eiropā”. Maģistra darba mērķis – izanalizēt nelegālās imigrācijas ierobežošanas tiesisko regulējumu Latvijā un Eiropā un sniegt priekšlikumus tā uzlabošanai. Maģistra darba objekts – nelegālā imigrācija Eiropā un Latvijā. Maģistra darba priekšmets – nelegālās imigrācijas ierobežošanas tiesiskais regulējums Eiropā un Latvijā. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām ar apakšnodaļām, kurās tiek pētīti imigrācijas būtība, tās pozitīvie un negatīvie aspekti, nelegālās imigrācijas saturs un negatīvie aspekti, nelegālās imigrācijas novēršanas iespējas, Eiropas Savienības un Latvijas tiesību akti nelegālās imigrācijas novēršanas jomā. Darbā tiek secināts, ka nelegālo imigrāciju iespējams novērst tikai ar pasākumu kompleksu: aizsargājot ārējās robežas, apkarojot nelegālo imigrantu nodarbināšanu, atgriežot nelegālos imigrantus uz izcelsmes valstīm. Darba apjoms: 81 lpp.

The topic of the master's thesis is "Legal regulation of combating illegal migration in Latvia and Europe". The aim of the master's thesis is to analyze the legal regulation of restricting illegal immigration in Latvia and Europe and to provide proposals for its improvement. The object of the master's thesis is illegal immigration in Europe and Latvia. The subject of the master's thesis is the legal regulation of restricting illegal immigration in Europe and Latvia. The work consists of four chapters with subchapters, which study the nature of immigration, including its positive and negative aspects, the content and negative aspects of illegal immigration, the opportunities to prevent illegal immigration, as well as the European Union and Latvian legislature in the field of illegal immigration prevention. The paper concludes that illegal immigration can be prevented by the following set of measures: protecting external borders, combating the employment of illegal immigrants, and returning illegal immigrants to their countries of origin.
