dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darbs “Satversmes reliģiski tiesiskie aspekti” analizē reliģisko terminu iekļaušanu Satversmes tekstā, kas Satversmes sapulces laikā nebija izdevies. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizējot reliģisko terminu iekļaušanu Satversmē, skaidrot to nozīmi un norādīt to ietekmi uz valsts un baznīcas attiecībām. Latvijas Republikas Satversmes preambula satur atsauci uz Dievu himnas lūgšanas tekstā, kas piešķir tai emocionālu noskaņu un garīgu vēstījumu. Kristīgās vērtības norāda uz Latvijas piederību Rietumu pasaulei un atzīst kristietības ietekmi valstiskās identitātes veidošanā. Vairumā Eiropas valstu pieder pie mērenas valsts un baznīcas šķirtības, taču, veicinot reliģisko konfesiju un valsts sadarbību, varētu grozīt valsts un baznīcas dalījuma principu uz reliģiskās neitralitātes principu. Pētnieciskais darbs sastāv no 74 lappusēm. | lv-LV |
dc.description.abstract | Master thesis “Religious legal aspects of Latvian Constitution” analyses religious term inclusion in text of Latvian Constitution that did not succeed in Constitutional Assembly. The aim of the research is by analyzing religious term including in Latvian Constitution explain their meaning and indicate the influence to church and state relations. The preamble of Constitution of the Republic of Latvia consists of reference to God in anthem’s prayer text that grants emotional and spiritual message. Christian values indicate of Latvian affiliation with Western world and acknowledge the influence of Christianity in creation of national identity. Most of European countries belongs to moderate separation of church and state. By promoting religious denominations to cooperate with state there could be a change from principal of separation of church and state to principle of religious neutrality. Research paper consists of 74 pages. | en-UK |
