Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Mākslīgā intelekta piemērošanas tiesiskās problēmas veselības aprūpē”. Darbā pētīta ir problemātika veselības aprūpē, kas saistīta ar atbildības noteikšanu un atlīdzību par kaitējuma, kas radies, izmantojot mākslīgo intelektu veselības aprūpē. Pētījuma mērķis - izpētīt iespējamās tiesiskās problēmas, pielietojot mākslīgo intelektu veselības aprūpē, un izstrādāt priekšlikumus, kas būtu izmantojami gan tiesiskajā regulējumā, gan piemērošanas jomā. Darba apjoms 85 lappuses.

The subject of Master's thesis is “Legal issues in the use of artificial intelligence in health care.” The work has examined health issues related to the determination of responsibility and the reimbursement of damages caused by the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare. The aim of the study is to explore potential legal problems through the use of artificial intelligence in health care and to develop proposals that should be used both in the legal framework and in the field of application. The master's thesis consists of 85 pages.
