Darba stresa un stresa parvarēšanas strateģijas radītāji pirms un pēc supervīzijas cietuma darbiniekiem, salīdzinot ar kontrolgrupu

Abstract
Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, kāda ir supervīzijas loma darba stresa pārvarēšanas procesā. Analizējot literatūru, tika secināts, ka pastāv vairāki darba stresa faktori, kā arī stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijas, kā arī, ka ir dažādi viedokļi par supervīzijas efektivitāti darbā ar darba stresu cietuma darbiniekiem.
Šajā pētījumā ir 4 pētījuma jautājumi: Vai pastāv atšķirības starp darba stresa rādītājiem pirms un pēc supervīzijas cietuma darbiniekiem? Vai pastāv atšķirība starp stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju rādītājiem pirms un pēc supervīzijas cietuma darbiniekiem? Vai pastāv atšķirības starp darba stresa rādītājiem pēc supervīzijas cietuma darbiniekiem salīdzinot ar kontrolgrupu? Vai pastāv atšķirības starp stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju rādītājiem pēc supervīzijas cietuma darbiniekiem salīdzinot ar kontrolgrupu?
Pētījuma tika izmantotas 2 aptaujas: Darba stresa noteikšanas aptauja (Job Stress Survey, JSS: Spielberger, 1991, tulkojusi un adaptējusi Maslova, 2006. gadā). un Stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju skala (SACS, Strategic Approach to Coping Scale, Hobfoll, Dunahoo, Ben-Porath, & Monnier, 1994, tulkojusi un adaptējusi V. Mika 2002. gadā).
Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus var secināt, ka eksperimentālai grupai pastāv atšķirības darba stresa rādītājos, tomēr ir grūti precīzi pateikt, vai piedalīšanos supervīzijā ir saistīts ar iegūtiem rezultātiem, vai tie r saistīti ar eksperimenta gaidā neprognozējamiem apstākļiem.
Stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju rādītājiem pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības Impulsīvās darbībās un Izvairīšanas skalās eksperimentālai grupai. Tomēr abi rezultāti palika tādā pašā līmeni, kurā bija pirms kvazieksperimenta sākuma.
The purpose of this research is to investigate what is the role of supervision in the process of job stress managing. Analyzing literature, it was concluded that there is several job stress factors, as well as stress managing strategies, as well as there is several minds about supervision efficiency in work with job stress with prison staff. This research include 4 questions: Is there any difference in indicators of job stress before and after supervision with prison staff? Is there any differences between indicators of stress managing strategy before and after supervision with prison staff? Is there any difference in indicators of job stress after supervision with prison staff and comparing to the control group? Is there any difference in indicators of stress managing strategy after supervision with prison staff and comparing to the controlgroup? Job Stress Survey, JSS: Spielberger, 1991,.and, Strategic Approach to Coping Scale, SACS: Hobfoll, Dunahoo, Ben-Porath, & Monnier, have been used in this research. Summarizing the results of research it may be concluded, that there is differences in indicators of job stress, however, it is difficult to say exactly, is participation in supervision is connected to the obtained results, or is they connected unpredictable circumstances during the experiment. There are statistically significant differences between indicators of stress managing strategy: Impulsive actions and Avoidance scales. However both results remained at the same level, that was before start of the experiment.
