Biznesa efektivitātes uzlabošanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA 'Domenikss'

Abstract

Mūsdienu arvien konkurētspējīgā un prasīgā uzņēmējdarbības vide mudina uzņēmumus pastāvīgi uzlabot savu biznesa efektivitāti. Katra uzņēmuma galvenais mērķis ir samazināt izmaksas un palielināt peļņu, tomēr biznesa efektivitāte ietver resursu, vides, darba apstākļu un klientu apmierinātības stāvokļa uzlabošanu. Neatbilstoša biznesa procesu vadība un sistemātiskas pieejas trūkums rada nevajadzīgus procesus, palielina neefektivitāti un samazina konkurētspēju, kas ietekmē uzņēmuma spēju veiksmīgi darboties gan īstermiņā, gan ilgtermiņā. Katrs veiksmīgs uzņēmums lielu uzmanību velta efektīvas biznesa stratēģijas noteikšanai, galveno biznesa mērķu un lomu noteikšanai, kā arī sasniegšanas veidam. Pielietojot biznesa efektivitātes metodes, ir iespējams analizēt procesa zudumus un tos likvidēt, tādējādi uzlabojot uzņēmuma rezultātus ilgtermiņā. Maģistra darba “Biznesa efektivitātes uzlabošanas iespējas uzņēmumā SIA “Domenikss” mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz teorētisko atziņu analīzi, analizēt uzņēmuma SIA “Domenikss” biznesa efektivitāti un sniegt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidošanai. Darba teorētiskajā daļā darba autore analizē uzņēmuma darbības efektivitātes noteicošos faktorus un tās paaugstināšanas metodes, padziļināti tiek pētīta un aprakstīta LEAN metode, jo tā ir jauna uzņēmumu vadības sistēma, kas spēj pozitīvi ietekmēt produktivitāti un novest uzņēmumu jaunā attīstības līmenī. Darba empīriskās daļas ietvaros tiek analizēta biznesa efektivitātes analīze uzņēmumā SIA “Domenikss”. Autore analizē uzņēmuma darbību, finanšu un nefinašu datus, konkurentus un sadarbības partnerus, kā arī tiek veikta anonīma darbinieku aptauja, lai noskaidrotu un analizētu iekšējos procesus uzņēmumā. Tika intervēti biznesa efektivitātes eksperti, lai noskaidrotu efektivitātes tendences, galvenos ieguvumus pielietojot LEAN metodi, vadības uzdevumus ieviešot šo metodi. Apkopojot teorētisko atziņu analīzi, uzņēmuma rādītājus, darbinieku un ekspertu viedokļus, darba autore veic vadlīnijas biznesa efektivitātes uzlabošanai uzņēmumā SIA”Domenikss”. Līdz šim SIA “Domenikss” LEAN filozofijas pamatprincipi zudumu likvidēšanai netika ieviesti, tie tika konstatēti un samazināti intuitīvā veidā. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka uzņēmumā ir komunikācijas trūkums starp vadību un darbiniekiem, kā rezultātā netiek analizēti procesa zudumi. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 75 lappuses, neskaitot pielikumus. Tas sastāv no 3 nodaļām, 9 apakšnodaļām , secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem un izmantotajiem literatūras avotiem. Darba beigās ir ievietoti 5 pielikumi.

Today's increasingly competitive and demanding business environment encourages companies to continually improve the efficiency of their business. The main goal of every company is to reduce costs and increase profits, however, business efficiency includes improving resources, the environment, working conditions and customer satisfaction. Inadequate business process management and lack of a systematic approach create unnecessary processes, increase inefficiencies and reduce competitiveness, which affects the company's ability to operate successfully in both the short and long term. Every successful company pays great attention to defining an effective business strategy, defining the main business goals and roles, as well as the way to achieve it. By applying business efficiency methods, it is possible to analyze process losses and eliminate them, thus improving the company's long-term results. My research work “Business efficiency improvement opportunities at SIA “Domenikss”” aim is to analyze the business efficiency in SIA “Domenikss” and look for potential ways to provide proposals for its improvement. In the theoretical part of the work, the author analyzes the factors determining the company's efficiency and methods of increasing it, the LEAN method is a new company management system that can positively affect productivity and lead the company to a new level of development. Within the empirical part of the work, the analysis of business efficiency in the company SIA “Domenikss” is analyzed. The author analyzes the company's operations, financial and non-financial data, competitors and business partners, as well as conducts an anonymous employee survey to find out and analyze the company's internal processes. Business efficiency experts were interviewed to find out the efficiency trends, the main benefits of applying the LEAN method, management tasks implementing this method. Summarizing the analysis of theoretical findings, company indicators, employees and experts' opinions, the author of the paper makes guidelines for improving business efficiency in the company SIA "Domenikss". Until now, the basic principles of SIA “Domenikss” LEAN philosophy for elimination of losses have not been implemented; they have been identified and reduced in an intuitive way. The results of the research show that the company lacks communication between management and employees, as a result of which process losses are not analyzed. Research work consists of 75 pages, plus additional information – 3 parts, 9 subdivisions, conclusions and used literature. There are 5 additional pages with research at the end of the work.
