Included were some of the most common aetiologies of sensorineural hearing loss, like trauma, noise-induced hearing loss, Ménière's disease, presbycusis patients, sudden idiopathic sensorineural hearing loss, inflammatory causes, otosclerosis, diabetes mellitus and ototoxicity.
