Komandas darba uztvere un drošības attieksme stacionārā strādājošām māsām

Abstract

Pētījuma “Komandas darba uztvere un drošības attieksme stacionārā strādājošām māsām” mērķis ir noskaidrot drošības attieksmes saistību ar komandas darba uztveri stacionārā strādājošam māsām, kā arī noskaidrot atšķirības komandas darba uztverei un drošības attieksmei saistībā ar sociāldemogrāfiskajiem datiem. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, tika pielietots kvantitatīvs neeksperimentāls šķērsgriezuma aprakstošs pētījuma dizains sakarību (korelatīvais) pētījums, pielietojot divus instrumentus – strukturētas anketas: komandas darba uztveres aptauja (T-TTPQ) un drošības attieksmes aptauja (SAQ). Pētījumā piedalījās 148 vispārējās aprūpes māsas no diviem viena profila stacionāriem. Pētījuma iegūtie rezultāti neapstiprināja vienu no izvirzītām hipotēzēm: starp sociāldemogrāfiskajiem datiem un komandas darba uztveri nepastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības, neatkarīgi no vecuma un darba stāža vispārējās aprūpes māsas slimnīcas vidē uztver komandas darbu līdzīgi. Daļēji apstiprinājās otra darbā izvirzītā hipotēze: starp darba stāžu un drošības attieksmi pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības, vispārējās aprūpes māsām, kas strādā profesijā no 5 līdz 10 gadiem ir augstāka attieksme pret drošību. Toties starp vecumu un drošības attieksmi nepastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības. Apstiprinājās trešā izvirzītā hipotēze: pastāv pozitīva, vidēji cieša statistiski nozīmīga saistība starp komandas darba uztveri un drošības attieksmi stacionārā strādājošām māsām. Vispārējās aprūpes māsām, kuras savā darba vidē augstāk uztver komandas darbu ir pozitīvāka attieksme pret drošību.

The aim of the study " Teamwork perception and safety attitude of inpatient nurses" is to find out the relationship between safety attitude and teamwork perception of inpatient nurses, as well as to find out the differences in the perception of teamwork and safety attitude in relation to socio-demographic data. In order to achieve the goal of the study, a quantitative nonexperimental cross-sectional descriptive correlation study was applied, using two instruments - structured questionnaires: Teamwork Perception Questionnaire (T-TTPQ) and Safety Attitude Questionnaire (SAQ). 148 inpatient nurses from two hospitals of the same profile participated in the study. The results of the study did not confirm one of the proposed hypotheses: there are no statistically significant differences between sociodemographic data and the perception of teamwork, regardless of age and work experience, inpatient nurses perceive teamwork in a similar way in the hospital environment. The second hypothesis put forward in the work was partially confirmed: there are statistically significant differences between work experience and safety attitude, inpatient nurses who have been working in the profession for 5 to 10 years have a higher attitude towards safety. However, there is no statistically significant difference between age and safety attitude. The third proposed hypothesis was confirmed: there is a positive, moderately close statistically significant relationship between the perception of teamwork and the safety attitude of inpatient nurses. Inpatient nurses who have a higher perception of teamwork in their work environment have a more positive attitude towards safety.
