Abstract

ANOTĀCIJA

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir “ Iekšējā komunikācija kā organizācijas darbības nodrošināšanas instruments. Ārstniecības iestādes X piemērs.” Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot ārstniecības iestādes X darbinieku vērtējumu par iekšējās komunikācijas procesu ārstniecības iestādē un no tā izrietošajiem komunikācijas rezultātiem jeb efektiem, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus iekšējās komunikācijas procesa uzlabošanai. Maģistra darba mērķis tika sasniegts, analizējot zinātnisko literatūru par iekšējo komunikāciju, ārstniecības iestādes X darbinieku aptaujas kvantitatīvos rezultātus, kā arī kvalitatīvi analizējot aptaujas atvērtos jautājumus par iekšējās komunikācijas šķēršļiem uzņēmumā un iekšējās komunikācijas uzlabošanas iespējām. Tik atklāts, ka visaugstāk novērtētais komunikācijas elements visās četrās darbinieku grupās ir “komunikatora” elements un pastāv cieša saistība starp iekšējās komunikācijas procesa elementu novērtējumiem un komunikācijas procesa rezultātu jeb efektu novērtējumiem. Pētījumā arī tika identificēti galvenie komunikācijas šķēršļi un uzlabojumu iespējas ārstniecības iestādē X. Tā kā līdz šim šāda veida pētījumi uzņēmumā nav veikti, ir pamats apgalvot, ka šī ir konkrētā pētījuma novitāte un uzskatīt, ka pētījuma rezultāti varētu tikt izmantoti iekšējās komunikācijas uzlabošanai ārstniecības iestādē X. Maģistra darbu veido 77 lpp, 1 pielikums, 11 tabulas, 12 attēli un 46 literatūras avoti. ABSTRACT

The title of the Master's thesis is "Internal communication as a tool for organizational performance. The case of medical institution X." The aim of the master's thesis is to find out the evaluation of the employees of medical institution X about the internal communication process in the medical institution and the resulting communication results or effects, as well as to develop proposals for improving the internal communication process. The aim of the master thesis was achieved by analysing the scientific literature on internal communication, quantitative results of a survey of employees of medical institution X, as well as qualitative analysis of the open questions of the survey on the obstacles to internal communication in the company and the possibilities of improving internal communication. It was found that the most highly rated communication element in all four groups of employees is the "communicator" element and that there is a strong correlation between the ratings of the elements of the internal communication process and the ratings of the results or effects of the communication process. The study also identified the main barriers to communication and opportunities for improvement in healthcare facility X. As this type of research has not been carried out in a company before, it is reasonable to argue that this is a novelty of the study and to consider that the results of the study could be used to improve internal communication in health facility X.
