Biznesa procesu efektivitātes pilnveidošana uzņēmumā SIA “Solvay Business Services Latvia”

Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Biznesa procesu efektivitātes pilnveidošana uzņēmumā SIA “Solvay Business Services Latvia”” mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz zinātniskās literatūras analīzi, analizēt uzņēmuma SIA “Solvay Business Services Latvia” iekšējos biznesa procesus un izstrādāt jaunus biznesa procesu scenārijus to efektivitātes paaugstināšanai. Šobrīd svarīgs jautājums katrā uzņēmumā – kā organizēt procesu attīstību tā, lai palielinātu to kvalitāti un efektivitāti, reizē attīstītot organizācijai nepieciešamās spējas konkurētspējīgā tempā? Lai sniegtu atbildi uz šo jautājumu, ir izstrādātas dažādas metodoloģijas, to skaitā Lean Six Sigma, kas piedāvā veidus, kā efektivizēt uzņēmuma darbību, reizē palielinot gan klientu apmierinātību, gan uzņēmuma peļņu. Katru gadu arvien vairāk uzņēmumu dažādos sektoros izvēlas izmantot šīs metodoloģijas, lai savu darbību padarītu efektīvāku, tajā skaitā arī uzņēmums SIA “Solvay Business Services Latvia”, kurš tieši pēdējo 2 gadu laikā ir licis ārkārtīgi lielu uzsvaru uz Lean Six Sigma metodoloģijas ieviešanu ikdienā veicamajos procesos. Darba izstrādē tika izmantota monogrāfiskā metode teorētisko atziņu analīzei, modelēšanas metode procesu modeļu izstrādei, aprēķinu konstruktīvā metode patērēto resursu un ieguvumu aprēķinam, kā arī diskriminantā analīze, lai pētītu atšķirības starp oriģinālo un alternatīvajiem procesu modeļiem. Darba ietvaros tika veiktas intervijas ar uzņēmuma 3 vidēja līmeņa vadītājiem. Balstoties uz šīm intervijām, tika identificēti uzņēmumā primāri nepieciešamie uzlabojumi un izvēlēts process, kurš detalizēti analizēts. Tika izstrādāti alternatīvie procesa uzlabojumu varianti, analizēti to ieguvumi un riski, kā arī izvirzīts primāri ieviešamais uzlabojums, un izstrādāts ieviešanas plāns, rezultātā samazinot procesa laiku par 32% jeb 2.9 stundām. Balstoties uz darba rezultātiem un secinājumiem, tika izstrādāti priekšlikumi, galvenokārt korporatīvo kredītkaršu un komandējumu izdevumu komandai: Ieviest procesu To be 2, lai samazinātu procesa laiku par 32% jeb 2,9 stundām, kuras komandas darbinieki varēs novirzīt citu pienākumu veikšanai, tādējādi samazinot vajadzību pēc papildus darbinieka noalgošanas. Ieviest šo procesu saskaņā ar izstrādāto ieviešanas plānu, lai nodrošinātu secīgu un savlaicīgu nepieciešamo uzdevumu izpildi, tādējādi veiksmīgi realizējot un ieviešot izstrādāto uzlabojumu 8 nedēļu laikā, kā arī veikt risku mazināšanu, realizējot identificētos preventīvos pasākumus, lai nodrošinātu veiksmīgu procesa realizāciju un samazinātu riskus, kas var ietekmēt procesa izpildes laiku un/vai kvalitāti. Darbs sastāv no 56 lpp., 6 tabulām, 6 attēliem, 36 literatūras avotiem, un 7 pielikumiem.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis “Improving the Efficiency of Business Processes in “Solvay Business Services Latvia ”Ltd.” based on the analysis of scientific literature, is to analyze the internal business processes of the company “Solvay Business Services Latvia” and develop new business process scenarios to increase their efficiency. Currently, an important question in every company, is how to organize the development of processes in a manner to increase their quality and efficiency, while developing the necessary capabilities of the organization at a competitive pace? To answer this question, various methodologies have been developed, including Lean Six Sigma, which offers ways to streamline business operations while increasing both customer satisfaction and business profit. Every year, more and more companies in various sectors choose to use these methodologies to make their operations more efficient, including the company “Solvay Business Services Latvia”, which during the last 2 years has placed tremendous emphasis on implementing Lean Six Sigma methodology in daily processes. The following methods was used: a monographic method for the analysis of theoretical findings, a modeling method for the development of process models, a constructive calculation method for the calculation of consumed resources and benefits, as well as discriminatory analysis to study the differences between the original and alternative process models. Also, interviews were conducted with 3 middle level managers of the company. Based on these interviews, the primary improvements needed in the company were identified and a process was selected, which was analyzed in detail. Alternative process improvement options were developed, their benefits and risks were analyzed, and the primary improvement was indicated. And finally an implementation plan was developed, resulting in a reduction of the process time by 32% or 2.9 hours. Based on the results and conclusions, proposals were developed, mainly for the corporate credit card and business expenses team: to implement process To be 2 in order to reduce process time by 32% (2.9 hours), which team members will be able to devote to other responsibilities, thus reducing the need to hire an additional employee. To implement this process in accordance with the developed implementation plan to ensure sequential and timely fulfillment of the necessary tasks, thus successfully implementing the developed improvement within 8 weeks, as well as mitigate risks that may affect the timing and/or quality of the process by implementing identified preventive measures.
