Vecāku zināšanas par profilaksi un pirmās palīdzības sniegšanu karstuma dūriena gadījumā mazbērna

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot vecāku zināšanas par profilaksi un pirmās palīdzības sniegšanu karstuma dūriena gadījumā mazbērna periodā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek aprakstītas karstuma dūriena klīniskās izpausmes un attīstība, profilakses pasākumi karstuma dūriena gadījumā un pirmā palīdzība karstuma dūriena gadījumā. Praktiskajā daļā tika veikta respondentu anketēšana ar autores izstrādātu anketu, ar kuras palīdzību bija iespējams noskaidrot vecāku zināšanas par karstuma dūriena profilaksi un pirmo palīdzību mazbērnu periodā. Veikta pētījuma datu analīze, tika apkopoti rezultāti un izdarīti secinājumi. Pētījuma mērķis tika sasniegts. Atbilde uz pētījumā izvirzīto jautājumu: Vecāku zināšanas par karstuma dūrienu un profilaksi mazbērnu periodā ir labas. Vecāki izprot iemeslus kāpēc var rasties KD, kāpēc tas ir dzīvībai bīstams stāvoklis, saprot simptomus, kas parādās un apzinās profilaktiskos pasākumus un lietas, ko vecāki paši var ikdienā darīt, lai pasargātu bērnu no KD. Balstoties uz aptaujā iegūtajiem datiem, pētījuma hipotēze apstiprinās, ka vecāku zināšanas par pirmās palīdzības sniegšanu karstuma dūriena gadījumā mazbērna periodā ir nepietiekamas. Pēc autores izstrādātajiem vērtēšanas kritērijiem, tikai 52% respondentu būs spējīgi sniegt pirmo palīdzību bērnam, kas ir ieguvis KD. Secinājums: Mazbērnu vecāku zināšanas par karstuma dūrienu un tā profilaksi mazbērnu periodā ir labas. Savukārt, zināšanas par pirmās palīdzības sniegšanu karstuma dūriena gadījumā, ir nepietiekamas, un ir nepieciešams sniegt iespēju vecākiem tās uzlabot.

The aim of the study is to find out parents' knowledge about prevention and first aid in case of heatstroke during the period of childhood- toddler. The theoretical part of the work describes the clinical manifestations and development of heat stroke, preventive measures in case of heat stroke and first aid in case of heat stroke for childrens. In the practical part, respondents were interviewed with a form developed by the author, and it was possible to find out parents' knowledge about heatstroke prevention and first aid during the period of toddler. An analysis of the research data was carried out, the results were summarized and conclusions were drawn. The aim of the study was achieved. Answer to the question raised in the study: Parents' knowledge about heat stroke and prevention during the period of childhood- toddler, is good. Parents understand the reasons why heat stroke can occur, why it is a life-threatening condition, understand the symptoms that appear and are aware of preventive measures and things that parents can do on a daily basis to protect their child from heat stroke. Based on the data obtained in the survey, the hypothesis of the study is confirmed that parents' knowledge of providing first aid in case of heat stroke during the toddler period is insufficient. According to the evaluation criteria developed by the author, only 52% of respondents will be able to provide first aid to a child who has acquired heat stroke. Conclusion: The knowledge of parents of grandchildren about heatstroke and its prevention during the period of grandchildren is good. On the other hand, the knowledge of providing first aid in case of heatstroke is insufficient, and it is necessary to give parents an opportunity to improve it.
