Medikamentozās terapijas līdzestība pacientiem ar sirds mazspēju

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba autore: Zane Cimermane Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: Medikamentozās terapijas līdzestība pacientiem ar sirds mazspēju. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis: Noskaidrot medikamentozās terapijas līdzestību pacientiem ar sirds mazspēju. Teorētiskais modelis: Pēc Slimību profilakses un kontroles centra datiem, 2022. gadā Latvijā no sirds – asinsvadu slimībām mirušo skaits sasniedza 15845, kas sastāda 52% no visiem nāves gadījumiem (SPKC, 2023). Medikamentozās terapijas līdzestība nosaka, cik labi pacients ievēro medicīnas speciālista ieteikumus attiecībā uz zāļu lietošanas laiku, biežumu un devu. Augsta medikamentu līdzestība attiecas uz pacientiem, kuri ievēro vismaz 80% no ārsta izrakstītajām medikamentu devām, biežumu un lietošanas laiku, bet pacienti, kuri izrakstītos medikamentus lieto pēc ārsta norādījumiem zem 80%, tiek uzskatīti par medikamentozās terapijas nelīdzestīgiem pacientiem (Abdulaziz and Almarwani, 2023). Pētījuma hipotēze: Pacienti ar sirds mazspēju ir nelīdzestīgi medikamentozās terapijas ievērošanā. Darba raksturojums: Darbs sastāv no zinātniskās literatūras teorētiskā pamatojuma un pētnieciskās daļas. Zinātniskās literatūras teorētiskajā pamatojumā ir 3 nodaļas, kurās tiek apskatīta sirds mazspējas raksturojums, sirds mazspējas diagnostika un terapijas process un medikamentozās terapijas līdzestības nozīme sirds mazspējas slimības gadījumā. Darbs sastāvs: 49 lappuses, 17 attēli, 13 tabulas, 11 pielikumi, 69 literatūras avoti. Pētījuma rezultāti un secinājumi: Pētījumā brīvprātīgi piedalījās 119 respondentu no X Reģionālās slimnīcas kardioloģijas nodaļas, kuriem bija diagnosticēta sirds mazspēja. Kvalifikācijas darba uzdevumi ir sasniegti, pētījuma rezultāti ir apkopoti. Darba izvirzītā hipotēze „Pacienti ar sirds mazspēju ir nelīdzestīgi medikamentozās terapijas ievērošanā”, ir apstiprinājusies. Pētījumā sirds mazspējas pacienti ir nelīdzestīgi medikamentozās terapijas ievērošanā. Jāsecina, ka pētījums atklāj dažādas saistības starp demogrāfiskajiem un sociālekonomiskajiem faktoriem un medikamentu terapijas līdzestību sirds mazspējas pacientiem.

Aim of the qualification paper: To find out the compliance with pharmaceutical therapy in patients with heart failure. Theoretical model: According to the data of the Center for Disease Prevention and Control (SPKC), in 2022 the number of deaths from cardiovascular diseases in Latvia reached 15,845, which accounts for 52% of all deaths (SPKC, 2023). Medication compliance determines the degree to which the patient follows the recommendations of the medical professional regarding the time, frequency and dosage of the medication. High medication compliance refers to patients who adhere to at least 80% of the dosage, frequency, and duration of pharmaceutical treatment prescribed by the doctor, while patients who use the prescribed drugs following the doctor’s prescription below 80% are considered non-compliant patients (Abdulaziz and Almarwani, 2023 ). Research hypothesis: Patients with heart failure are reluctant to adhere to pharmaceutical therapy. Description of the paper: The paper consists of the theoretical framework of the reviewed scientific literature and the research part. The theoretical framework of the scientific literature is presented in three chapters, which examine the characteristics of heart failure, the diagnosis and treatment process of heart failure, and the importance of adherence to the medication regimen for heart failure. The paper contains: 49 pages, 17 figures, 13 tables, 11 appendices, and 69 literature sources. Research results and conclusions: 119 respondents from the cardiology department of the X Regional Hospital who had been diagnosed with heart failure participated voluntarily in the study. The tasks of the qualification paper have been accomplished and the research results have been summarized. The hypothesis proposed in the paper, “Patients with heart failure are non-compliant with pharmaceutical therapy”, has been confirmed. In the study, heart failure patients are reluctant to adhere to pharmaceutical therapy. It should be concluded that the study reveals various associations between demographic and socioeconomic factors and medication adherance in heart failure patients.
