Abstract

Darba ietvaros apkopoti dažādi medicīniskās literatūras pētījumu avoti ar mērķi noskaidrot visbiežāk sastopamo implantu ķirurģisko procedūru postoperatīvo infekciju mikrobioloģisko ierosinātāju. Dažādās ķirurģiskās apakšspecialitātēs tiek plaši pielietoti organismā ievietojami implanti ar mērķi nodrošināt normālu organa vai ķermeņa daļu funkciju. Darbā izvērtēta informācija par mikrobioloģiskajiem infekcijas izsaucējiem un to respektīvo incidenci 4 ķirurģiskās apakšspecialitātēs – ortopēdiskā, plastikā, kardiovaskulārā un neiroķirurģija. Iegūtā informācija ļaus labāk spriest par optimālas empīriskās antibakteriālās terapijas lietošanu.

This scientific literature analysis work is comprised of several medical literature study sources with the aim to determine the most common microbiological agents in postoperative implant surgery infections. Various surgical subspecialties widely use implantable devices and materials to achieve normal organ or body part function. In this work information about microbiological agents is evaluated in 4 different surgical fields – orthopedic, plastic, cardiovascular and neurosurgery. Obtained information will allow to better understand and assess the best course of optimal empirical antimicrobial therapy.
