Acetilholīnesterāzes inhibitoru pielietošana Covid-19 radīto kognitīvo traucējumu terapijā

Abstract

Šīs literatūras apskats ir radīts, lai aktualizētu post-Covid-19 sindroma radītas sēkas, it īpaši pieveršot uzmanību kognitīvu domēnu traucējumiem, pacieniem pēc Covid-19 infekcijas pārslimošanas. Literatūras apskats apkopo datus par post-Covid-19 sindroma klīniskām izpausmēm, riska faktoriem, attistības mehanismiem galvas smadzenēs, kā arī salīdzina augstākminētus jēdziemus ar neirodeģeneratīvām un vaskulāras dabas kognitīvien traucējumiem, ar mērķi irvirzīt acetilholīnesterāzes inhibītoru grupas medikamentus par potenciālo post-Covid-19 sindroma ārstēšanas metodi.

This literature review is tailored to draw attention to the consequences caused by the post-Covid-19 syndrome. Specifically, explicit attention is devoted to disorders of the cognitive domains, in patients recovered from the Covid-19 infection. The literature review collects data on the clinical manifestations of the post-Covid-19 syndrome, risk factors, brain damage mechanisms, and also compares the above-mentioned concepts with neurodegenerative and vascular cognitive disorders, with the aim of promoting acetylcholinesterase inhibitor drugs as a potential post-Covid-19 syndrome method of treatment.
