dc.description.abstract | Atopiskais dermatīts ir viena no izplatītākām ekzēmas formām bērnu vecumā. Pastāv teorija, ka atopiskā dermatīta attīstība varētu būt saistīta ar zarnu mikrobima traucējumiem. Tādēļ tiek plaši pētītas netradicionālās terapijas pieejas, piemēram, probiotiķu pievienošana terapijā. Pēdējo gadu laikā šīs ādas saslimšanas izplatība ir pieaugusi, tāpēc šī darba mērķis bija apkopot pēdējo piecu gadu pētījumus, kas pierāda probiotiķu lietošanas ieguvumus atopiskā dermatīta pacientiem. Pētījumu meklēšanai tika izvēlēta stratēģija, ievadot Rīgas Stradiņa Universitātes pieejamās datu bāzēs Primo Latvija un EBSCOhost galvenos sijājošos atslēgas vārdus: atopic dermatitis AND probiotics AND clinical trials OR clinical research NOT reviews and meta-analysis. | lv-LV |
dc.description.abstract | Atopic dermatitis is one of the most common forms of eczema in children. There is a theory that the development of atopic dermatitis could be related to a disturbance of the intestinal microbiome. Therefore, non-traditional therapeutic approaches, such as the addition of probiotics to therapy, are being studied widely. In recent years, the prevalence of this skin disease has increased, so the aim of this work was to summarize the studies of the last five years that prove the benefits of probiotics in patients with atopic dermatitis. A strategy was chosen for the search of studies by entering the main sieving words in Riga Stradins University available databases Primo Latvija and EBSCOhost: atopic dermatitis AND probiotics AND clinical trials OR clinical reserach NOT reviews and meta-analysis. After the search results, 9 studies were found, which were based on the benefits of probiotics in patients with atopic dermatitis. Six studies were found that described a positive effect in atopic dermatitis patients who used prescribed probiotics in addition to their therapy. | en-UK |
