Deju un kustību terapijas pieredze pāriem: kvalitatīvs sistemātiskais pārskats

Abstract

Pētījuma mērķis bija izstrādāt kvalitatīva dizaina sistemātisko pārskatu par Deju un kustību terapijas pieredzi pāriem un izzināt, kādas tēmas romantiskām diādēm aktualizē Deju un kustību terapijas pieredze. Pāru terapija pētījumā ietvaros tika skaidrota kā prototipisks terapijas gadījums, kas galvenokārt koncentrējas uz diādisku attiecību elementiem. Šī darba teorētiskajā daļā tika aprakstīta partnerattiecību loma, vienotie Pāru terapijas pamatprincipi, kā arī aplūkoti Deju un kustības terapijas mērķi un vadlīnijas, pamatprincipi un pētījumi Deju un kustību terapijā pāriem. Saskaņā ar pētījuma uzdevumu, tika izvirzīts pētījuma jautājums: kādas tēmas pāriem aktualizē Deju un kustību terapijas pieredze? Pētījuma metode: sistemātiskā pārskata datu avoti bija kvalitatīvie dati no pētījumiem angļu valodā par Deju un kustību terapijas pieredzi diādēm romantiskās attiecībās, kur dalībnieki bez diagnožu ierobežojuma, instrumentārijs- izveidota pielāgota datu ieguves forma Microsoft Office Excel programmā, pētījuma procedūra- pētījumu atlase pēc PRISMA shēmas pēc iepriekš izstrādātiem iekļaušanas kritērijiem. Sistemātiskajā pārskatā tika iekļauti septiņi pētījumi, kuros atklājās, ka Deju un kustību terapijas procesā ar pāriem tiek aktualizētas piecas tēmas: emocionālais aspekts, kinestētiskā empātija, kognitīvie procesi, intimitāte, kā arī mentalizācijas process. Izstrādāto pārskatu par darbu ar šo klientu grupu var izmantot Deju un kustību terapeiti, lai veidotu praksi, balstoties uz pētījumos iegūtajiem rezultātiem. Sistemātiskais pārskats var bagātināt turpmākos pētījumus un būt kā rosinājums jauniem augstas kvalitātes pētījumiem par Deju un kustību terapiju pāriem, veicinot jomas turpmāko attīstību.

The aim of the study ‘Dance and Movement Therapy Experience for Couples: A Qualitative Systematic Review’ was to conduct a comprehensive qualitative study of Dance and Movement Therapy for couples and uncover its implications within romantic dyads. Within the study framework, Couple therapy was explained as a prototypical therapeutic approach that focuses on dyadic relationship elements. The theoretical part provides an overview of the role of the partnership, the unifying basic principles and developmental trajectory of Couple therapy. In addition the therapeutic goals and agents of change in Dance and Movement Therapy are explained, also outlining its fundamental principles and presenting an overview of relevant research conducted in the field for couples. The research question, aligned with the study objective, aimed to explore the topics for couples brought forth by the Dance and Movement Therapy experience. The research method involved the investigation of qualitative data from studies on dyads in romantic relationships, with participants not restricted by diagnoses. The research procedure adhered to the PRISMA flow diagram, employing a customized data collection form in Microsoft Office Excel to ensure the identification of studies based on pre-established inclusion criteria. Following screening, seven studies were incorporated into the systematic review. Thematic analysis revealed five prominent themes, emphasizing the emotional aspect, kinesthetic empathy, cognitive processes, intimacy and the process of mentalization. This review serves as a valuable resource for Dance and Movement Therapists in shaping their practice for couples. Additionally, it has the potential to enrich future research in the field of Dance and Movement Therapy for couples, thereby contributing to the continued advancement of the field.
