dc.description.abstract | Profesionālā astma ir ar darbu saistītas astmas forma, un tā ir jānošķir no astmas, kas saistīta ar darbu. Profesionālās astmas diagnoze ir īpaši sarežģīta, tāpēc šajā pārskatā galvenā uzmanība pievērsta pašreizējo diagnostikas līdzekļu precizitātei, lai precīzi apstiprinātu slimības diagnozi, lai izvairītos no nelabvēlīgas ietekmes uz darbinieku fizisko veselību un sociāli ekonomisko stāvokli. Rezultāti liecina, ka diagnozes apstiprināšanai ar tradicionālām diagnostikas metodēm vien nepietiek, un ir jāizmanto uzlabotas diagnostikas pārbaudes. Tomēr šiem testiem ir ierobežota pieejamība vai tos ir grūti veikt, un tāpēc profesionālās astmas diagnoze joprojām ir izaicinājums. | lv-LV |
dc.description.abstract | Occupational Asthma is a form of work-related asthma and should be differentiated from work exacerbated asthma. The diagnosis of occupational asthma is particularly challenging, and therefore this review focuses on the accuracy of the current diagnostic tools in confirming the diagnosis of the disease accurately in order to avoid adverse effects on the workers' physical health and socio-economic status. Results show that traditional diagnostic methods alone are not sufficient in confirming the diagnosis and advanced diagnostic tests have to be used. However these tests have limited availability or are hard to perform and hence the diagnosis of occupational asthma remains a challenge. | en-UK |
